المستخلص: من خلال هذا المقال العلمي، نهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على السياسات التمويلية ومختلف الامتيازات التي تقدمها الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب من بينها دار المقاولاتية وذلك في إطار سياسة تشجيع المقاولاتية التي سطرتها الدولة الجزائرية للخروج من اقتصاد الريع القائم على النفط.
كما سنسلط الضوء على ولاية البليدة من خلال عرض الإحصائيات المتعلقة بتمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية في إطار وكالة دعم تشغيل الشباب.


A travers ce papier, nous visons à mettre en lumière les différents services et avantages accordés par l’Agence Nationale de Soutien à l’Emplois des Jeunes dans le cadre de la politique d’incitation à l’entrepreneuriat) notament la maison de l’entreprneuriat) mise en place par l’état Algérien afin de sortir de l’économie rentière basée sur le pétrole.
Nous allons egalement exopser des statistiques concernant le financement accordé dans le but de la création d’entreprise dans divers domaines d’activités dans la wilaya Blida


Through this scientific article, we aim to highlight the financing policies and various privileges offered by the National Agency for Youth Employment Support, including Dar Al Muqawatayah (entrepreneurial house), under the framework of the Algerian state's policy of encouraging entrepreneurship to come out of the oil-based rent economy.
We will also highlight the Blida province by presenting statistics related to financing investment projects under the framework of the Youth Employment Support Agency.
