المستخلص: العلاقة بين النحو والفقه ليس بوسع أحد أن ينكرها أو يجادل في قوتها؛ ذلك أن علم النحو أحد العلوم الرئيسة التي يجب على الفقيه الإلمام بقواعدها ودقائقها؛ فكثير من الأحكام الفقهية يرجع الاختلاف فيها إلى الاختلاف في التوجيه النحوي. وقد أفرد أبو الخطاب الكلوذاني في كتابه (التمهيد في أصول الفقه) بابين تحدث فيهما عن الحروف ومعانيها؛ مبينا أثر ذلك في بعض الأحكام الفقهية؛ مستدلاً بما تيسر له من آراء العلماء. ومهمة هذا البحث هي دراسة دلالات هذه الحروف التي ذكرها الكلوذاني في كتابه دراسة وافية، مبيناً رأيه، وآراء غيره من الأصوليين والفقهاء والنحويين، ومبرزاً ما تفرع عن هذه الآراء من أحكام فقهية، وموضحا أوجه التقارب والاختلاف بين آراء الأصوليين والفقهاء وبين آراء النحويين. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يتكون من مقدمة أتبعتها بتمهيد يشتمل على مطلبين: المطلب الأول: ترجمة الكلوذاني. والمطلب الآخر: علاقة النحو بالفقه. وأردفت هذا التمهيد بثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: معاني حروف الجر، ويشتمل على تسعة مطالب. والمبحث الثاني: معاني حروف العطف، ويشتمل على أربعة مطالب. والمبحث الثالث: معنى (إنما). ثم ذيلت البحث بخاتمة ضمنتها أهم النتائج، وأتبعتها بفهرس المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات

No one can deny the strong relationship between grammar and feqh. That is because grammar is one of the main sciences a scholar must study its rules and details. Dispute in many of the jurisprudence goes back to the differences of the grammatical orientation. Abu Al-Khattab Al-Kluthani specified two chapters of his book (Introduction to Jurisprudence) talking about letters and their meanings. He elucidated the effect of that on some of the jurisprudence indicating to some of the scholars' opinions in this issue. The mission of this research is to study the indications of these letters mentioned by Al-Kluthani in his book showing his opinions and other fundamentalists, jurists and grammarians' opinions. This research also highlights the rules branching as a result of that. It shows the similarities and differences between the fundamentalists and jurists' opinions and the grammarians' opinions. The nature of this research needed to consist of a preface followed by preapprehension. The preapprehension consists of two demands: First demand (Al-Kluthani's biography) Second demand:(The relationship between grammar and feqh) This preapprehension is followed by three researches: First research: Meanings of prepositions (contains nine demands) Second research: Meanings of conjunctives contains (four demands) Third research: Meaning of Inama The research is footnoted with a conclusion, which contains the most important outcomes, and it is followed by an appendix of the resources and books, another appendix of the subjects.
