أصول طرق الاستدلال وعلاقتها بالنسب الأربع

المستخلص: الاستدلال: بالنظير على نظيره، وبالقياس، وبالأثر على المؤثر، وعكسه، وبالطرد والعكس، وبأحد المعلولين على الأخر، وباستصحاب الحال، وبالاقتران في اللفظ على الاقتران في الحكم، وبالسبر والتقسيم، وبالمناسبة، وبالنقض، وبالمعارضة، هذه -والصف يطول- هي بعض طرق الاستدلال. لن تجدها مكتملة في محل واحد، بل هي عند مظانها -في علم آداب البحث، وباب الأدلة المختلف فيها من علم أصول الفقه- تزيد لبعض، وتنقص لآخر!. نعم، لم أجد من استنفر جهده لجمع ما يقدر على جمعه منها من مظانها: جدلا، وأصولا، ومنطقا، وحكمة، إلا ما كان من "الطوفي" -رحمه الله- في "علمه" إذ قال: "الباب الرابع: في أقسام الاستدلال، وحصرها بحسب الإمكان"، ومع ذلك فقد فاته ما فاته!. هذا هو الجمع التفصيلي، لكن ثمة جمع آخر: هو الجمع الإجمالي: يتضمن عددا يسيرا من الطرق التي ترجع إليها تلك الأحاد المتكاثرة. والجمع التفصيلي يحتاج إلى تظافر جهود باحثين، وليس بمستبعد، لكن على فرض حصوله تبقى الفائدة ناقصة، لا تكتمل إلا بالجمع الإجمالي الذي يرجع إليه ما عرفت، وما لم تعرف من الطرق. وبحثي هذا يهتم بهذا النوع من الجمع، فما لا يدرك كله، لا يترك جله، أو قل: ما لا يدرك فروعا وتفصيلا لا يترك أصولا وتأصيلا. والله الموفق.

Inference: with peer to peer, analogy, effect on the effecting and vice versa, consistency and continuity of effective cause, one effect to another, presumption of continuity, association to utterance to association to judgment, isolation and division, appropriateness, annulment and objection. These are some of inference methods and the there even more. You will never find all the above complete in one place, even in appearance, in the science of research morals, the section of contested evidence in the jurisprudence fundamentals science, they increase to some and decrease to others! Indeed, I have never found anyone who has made an effort to collect what they could collect of such methods from they might think them to be in terms using controversy, fundamentals, logic and wisdom save for Al-Toufi (may Allah have mercy on him), in his book "Alam Al-Jathal fi Elm Al-Jadal", who said: "Chapter IV: Of sections of inference, and limiting them as best as possible". Yet missed many of them! This is the detailed collection, but there is another collection: the overall collection, which includes a small number of methods to which these proliferating ones come to. And the detailed collection entails combining efforts of researchers. This is not improbable, but supposing this happens, the benefit will be incomplete and it will be complete only through the overall collection of all that you refer to that you have or have not known of methods. My research is concerned with this type of collecting. What does is not realized as a whole, should not be abandoned altogether. Or: What is not realized as branches and details does is not to be abandoned as fundamentals and originality. Allah bless.
