|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مفهوم المجتمع المدني كأحد المفاهيم الحديثة التي ترسخت في الفكر الديمقراطي، فأضحى مقاربة سوسيواجتماعية ومجال يتفاعل فيه المواطنون، ويؤسسون بإرادتهم الحرة تنظيمات مستقلة عن السطلة، وتجليات المجتمع المدني متعددة ومتنوعة باختلاف خصائص المجتمع المنبثقة منه: جزائري، تونسي أو مغاربي، ومع ذلك لا تخلو من عناصر مشتركة يعيد إنتاجها العقل الإنساني الكوني، ومع اطلاق وتفعيل مؤشرات اقتصاد المعرفة في العالم العربي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، نتساءل عن الأدوار التي حققها المجتمع المدني المغاربي (الجزائر – تونس – المغرب)، مع العلم أنه لتفعيل الاقتصاد المعرفي لابد من إعادة البناء المؤسسي لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني بما يتوافق مع مبادئ اقتصاد المعرفة، وتطوير البنى التشريعية والقانونية لبذل أسباب التحول إلى مجتمع مدني مبني على اقتصاد المعرفة.

|b The present study is aimed at the concept of civil society like one of the modern concepts that have been embedded in democratic thought. Common elements reproduced by the global human mind, and with the launching and activation of indicators of knowledge economy in the Arab world to achieve sustainable development, we wonder about the roles achieved by the Maghreb civil society (Algeria-Tunisia Morocco), knowing that to activate the global economy The institutional reconstruction of civil society institutions must be institutionalized in accordance with the principles of the knowledge economy, and the legislative and legal structures should be developed to make the transition to a civil society based on the knowledge economy.
