|a تناول هذا البحث بعض من حروف العطف، وهي (الواو)، و(الفاء)، و(ثم)، و(أو)، بحيث تركزت الدراسة على دلالتها بين النحويين والفقهاء، وبيان أسباب الخلاف في دلالة بعض هذه الحروف، وبيان الراجح في ذلك، وذلك تطبيقًا على آيات وأحاديث الأحكام، وقد اتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المقارن، ومن أهداف هذه الدراسة: بيان الحرف معنى ومبنى، وتوضيح دلالته عند كل من النحويين والفقهاء، وما ترتب عليه من أثر في التشريع. وتوصلت في هذا البحث إلى بعض النتائج، أهمها: أن الراجح في (الواو) أنها لمطلق الجمع، وفى (الفاء) الترتيب والتعقيب، وفى (ثم) الترتيب والتراخي، وفى (أو) الدلالة على أحد الشيئين أو الأشياء.
