|a يتناول هذا البحث الجمع بين فريضة الزكاة التي تعد من أعظم أركان الإسلام وتمثل أساسا في نظامه المالي، والعدل الذي يمثل أعظم قيم الإسلام وخصائصه، والتأكيد على أن في إقامة الزكاة على وجهها الشرعي تحقيقا لأعظم العدل وغايته؛ دفعا للوهم الذي قد يحصل عند فئام من الناس في عدم كفاية هذه الفريضة والبحث عن نظام بديل يحقق العدالة الاجتماعية. فهذا البحث يجلي أوجه العدل المختلفة في فريضة الزكاة، من حيث زمن الزكاة ومكانها، وأجناس الزكاة وأطرافها، ومن حيث مقدار الزكاة ونوعها. كما أنه يسلط الضوء على معاني العدل في التفريق بين أوجه الزكاة المتعددة، وبيان الميزان الذي قام عليه هذا الاختلاف، والتنبيه على المعاني العدلية الدقيقة في استثناء أحكام من الزكاة عن أصلها.

|b This research deals with the combination of Zakat, which is considered one of the greatest pillars of Islam, and is mainly represented in its financial system and justice, which represents the greatest values and characteristics of Islam, and emphasizing that the establishment of Zakat on its legitimate face, achieves the greatest justice and its purpose. This to get rid of what happens to some people who believe in the inadequacy of zakat and the search for an alternative system of social justice. This research indicated the different aspects of the zakat, in terms of its time, place, types, bodies, and its amount and type. It also sheds light on the meanings of justice in distinguishing between the multiple faces of zakat and the balance upon which this difference was built, and focusing on the precise legal meanings of excluding provisions of zakat from its origin.
