المستخلص: This study aimed to evaluate the various services provided to older persons with disabilities in one of the old age homes in the municipality of Hama Bouzian-Constantine in the light of international standards, from the point of view of these older men and older women with disabilities. The results indicated that there was an average degree of satisfaction with Psychological, health, and social services provided to older men and older women living in the home according to their point of view.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الخدمات المختلفة المقدمة للمسنين ذوي الإعاقة في إحدى دور الشيخوخة المتواجدة ببلدية حامة بوزيان - قسنطينة في ضوء المعايير العالمية، وذلك من وجهة نظر هؤلاء المقيمين المسنين والمسنات ذوي الإعاقة، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى وجود درجة متوسطة من الرضا عن الخدمات النفسية والصحية والاجتماعية المقدمة إلى المسنين والمسنات المقيمين بالدار حسب وجهة نظرهم.

Le but de cette étude était d'évaluer les différents services offerts aux personnes âgées et handicapées dans l'une des maisons de retraite située à Hama Bouziane - Constantine à la lumière des normes internationales. L'étude a montré que les services psychologiques, sanitaires et sociaux offerts à ses personnes âgées et handicapées, résidant à cette maison sont moyennement satisfaisants selon leur point de vue.
