المستخلص: The advent of the Internet has had significant impacts on the social, economic, media, and political components of societies through its multiple services. It changed the ways of knowledge, communication, and interaction and allowed the liberalization of traditional media and communication means from the stability of their content, unidirectional, and the rigidity of their relations with the recipient by providing a huge amount of knowledge and information which is characterized with the speed of access, diversity, and exchange within the framework of a communication process. It ensured the opportunity to communicate freely between its users, and promoted interactivity and immediacy, in a pluralistic, free and democratic electronic republic.

L’apparence d'Internet fait un grand impact sur les composantes sociaux, économiques, les médias et les composantes politiques des communautés, à travers les offres de services multiples, qui change les manières de la connaissance et de la communication et de l'interaction et a permis la libéralisation des médias et des moyens de communication traditionnelle de la stabilité de leur contenu, et les tendances mono, et des relations sèches avec le public; En fournissant une variété d'informations dans le processus de communication a assuré la possibilité de communiquer librement entre les utilisateurs, interactifs et immédiates, dans le contexte d'une République électronique basée sur la démocratie et la liberté.

أدى ظهور الإنترنت إلى إحداث تأثيرات كبيرة على المكونات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والإعلامية والسياسية للمجتمعات، من خلال ما تقدمه من خدمات متعددة، غيرت من سبل المعرفة والتواصل والتفاعل وسمحت بتحرير الوسائل الإعلامية والاتصالية التقليدية من ثبات محتوياتها، وأحادية اتجاهاتها، وجمود علاقاتها بالمتلقي؛ بإتاحة كم معرفي ومعلوماتي كبير تميز بسرعة الحصول عليه وتنوعه وتبادله في إطار عملية اتصالية كفلت فرصة التواصل بحرية بين مستخدميها، وعززت التفاعلية والفورية، في ظل جمهورية إلكترونية قائمة على التعددية والحرية والديمقراطية.
