المستخلص: يعنى هذا البحث بدراسة: (المقاصد القرآنية في سورة "ق")، معتمدا في ذلك على المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي. وتكمن أهميته في فضل سورة (ق) ومكانتها العظيمة بين السور القرآنية، وهو مع ذلك لم ينل حظه في الدراسات التي تناولت المقاصد القرآنية على الرغم من أهميته في فهم القرآن وتدبره. ويهدف البحث إلى استنباط المقاصد القرآنية من سورة (ق)، ومعرفة القضايا الجوهرية التي تناولتها السورة، والوقوف على سر قراءة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم لهذه السورة في المجامع الكبار. وقد جاء هذا البحث في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة: واختص المبحث الأول للتعريف بعلم المقاصد القرآنية وبيان أهميته. أما المبحث الثاني: فقد كان مقدمة تعريفية لسورة ق، بذكر بعض ما يعين على الكشف عن المقاصد القرآنية. أما المبحث الثالث: (وهو صلب البحث)، فذكر فيه مقصد السورة إجمالا مع ذكر شواهده، ثم موضوعاتها الجزئية، ثم التدبر المقاصدي لآيات السورة تفصيلا. وخلص البحث إلى أن سورة (ق) قد تناولت عدة موضوعات رئيسة تخص العقيدة الإسلامية، من تقرير أصول الدين من الإيمان بالله، وملائكته، وكتبه، ورسله، واليوم الآخر، والقدر، وإعطاء تصور كامل عن حياة الإنسان وغير ذلك من المقاصد القرآنية المهمة، ولذلك كان الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم يقرأ بها في المجامع الكبار. ويوصي البحث بضرورة العناية بسورة (ق) تلاوة وتدبرا، وإحياء سنة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في قراءة هذه السورة في خطبة الجمعة وصلاة العيد. ودراسة المقاصد القرآنية في السور، خاصة تلك السور التي كان الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم يواظب على قراءتها.

This piece of research explores the Quranic objectives in the Chapter of Qāf, depending on the deductive and inductive methods. Its significance lies in the merit of this chapter and its great position among the Quranic chapters, and yet the studies that dealt with the Quranic objectives did not examine it adequately despite its being instrumental in understanding and meditating on the Qur’an. The research aims to extract the Quranic objectives from the chapter of Qāf, highlight the key issues that it tackles and find out why the Prophet (Peace be upon him) used to recite it at his major assemblies. This research includes an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. The first section defines the study of the Quranic objectives and clarifies its importance. As for the second section, it presents an introduction to the chapter of Qāf which sheds light on what helps to draw the Quranic objectives. The third section (which is also the crux of the research) discusses the general meaning of the chapter in question, together with its supporting evidence, its sub-themes and the meditative consideration of its verses. Main Findings: The research concludes that the chapter of Qāf deals with several primary issues related to the Islamic faith, confirming certain religious fundamentals, including belief in Allah (Exalted be He), His angels, His sacred books, His prophets, the Doomsday, and predestination and gives a complete picture of man's life. That's why the Prophet (Peace be upon him) was always keen on reciting it on formal occasions. Primary Recommendations: - Special attention should be given to the chapter of Qāf in terms of recitation and meditation. - It should be recited during the Friday Sermon and the Eid prayer to revive the Prophet's established tradition. - The Quranic objectives of the various chapters should be studied, particularly those chapters which the Prophet (Peace be upon Him) recited regularly.
