المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العقبات أمام ثقافة السلم المجتمعي في الجليل والتعرف على عوامل معززة لها من وجهة نظر مجتمعية. شملت الدراسة عينة مجتمعية تكونت من 27 فردا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، منهم مديرين ومديرات ومعلمين وفاعلين في مؤسسات مدنية ومجتمعية وأهالي طلاب. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء أداة مقابلة عبارة عن سؤالين مفتوحين، واحد للعقبات والآخر للمعززات. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن العقبات التي تعيق عملية نشر ثقافة السلم المجتمعي عبارة عن مجموعة عقبات، وفقا للترتيب التنازلي التالي (حسب درجة أهميتها): غياب السلم المجتمعي عن الوعي المجتمعي (درجة أهمية كبيرة)، التشرذم المجتمعي والتعصب بأنواعه (متوسطة)، علاقات مجتمعية هشة وصراعات الشركاء ومصالح شخصية (متوسطة). كما وتبين من النتائج عدة عوامل معززة لنشر ثقافة السلم المجتمعي وفقا للترتيب التنازلي لأهميتها (درجتها): تشبيك واستثمار علاقات داخل المدرسة وخارجها (كبيرة)، تفعيل برامج ومبادرات أنشطة وفعاليات متنوعة (كبيرة)، الوعي المجتمعي لأهمية السلم المجتمعي (متوسطة)، تبني الإدارة المدرسية لقيم وتوجهات إنسانية ومجتمعية ومهنية والعمل بموجبها (متوسطة). وخلصت الدراسة لمجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها العمل على رفع مستوى الوعي المجتمعي لأهمية ثقافة السلم المجتمعي وتشبيك العلاقات المجتمعية لتفعيل منهجية معززة لنشر ثقافة السلم المجتمعي، إضافة لإقامة أطر عمل وإرشاد تساهم في تبني لغة وسلوكيات الثقافة السلمية في المدرسة والبيت معا، والاهتمام بدور القدوة والنموذج الحياتي العملي.

The current study aimed to reveal the obstacles of social peace education in Galilee and identify its enhancement factors from a societal perspective. The study included a community sample consisting of 27 individuals that were enhancement chosen. Some are school principals, teachers, workers or staff members in various civil and human institutions in addition to pupils' parents. In order to achieve the objectives of the study an interviewing tool was created. One for the obstacles and another for enhancement. The result of the study showed that there is a set of obstacles that obstruct the process of spreading peace among the society. Yet, the most important are the following, in descending order according to its importance: Lack of community peace from the community awareness (high degree of importance), social fragmentation and all kinds of intolerance (average), Fragile community relationships, struggles between the different partners and personal interests (average). As the results also show several factors to enhance spreading peace education according to the following descending order of importance (degree): networking and investing relationships within and outside the school (great importance), activating programs and initiatives (great), societal awareness to the importance of peace education (average), school administration adopts social-professional-human values and attitudes and work accordingly (average).The study concluded a set of recommendations where the most important was raising the level of community awareness to the importance of societal peace education and networking the social relationship in order to activate a curriculum that enhances spreading peace education. Moreover, setting up frameworks and guidance that contribute to building a language and attitude based on peace education at school or at home in addition to paying a great attention to role- modelling as a practical example.
