المستخلص: The increase in the size, activity and efficiency of the stock market depends heavily on the instruments available for investment in this market, which have the ability to accumulate savings and direct them to invest in these instruments. Hence, the investment tools available in the stock market are among the most important determinants of the efficiency of the stock market and the stock market. In order to provide the market with financial products that meet investors' needs, the study examines the tools available for investment in both the Egyptian and Saudi stock markets to study and analyze.
