| 520 | |b Water resources have become a real challenge for many countries in the twenty-first century, making them particularly interested in economic studies. Studies, in the issue of resources are no longer confined to natural factors as an issue of abundance or in relation to economic development, in the context of scientific research and economic analysis by studying the impact of natural and human challenges and international conflicts on water resources, and seeking to provide new visions to meet these challenges. The Arab Republic of Egypt is one of the countries of arid and semi-arid regions I am from a water crisis, some of them due to climate, social and economic conditions, the other of which some is due to the practices of neighboring countries, posing a threat to Egypt’s water security, and it has become necessary to propose a strategic framework based on the efficient use of water resources designed to meet the current and future water resources challenges. | ||
