| 520 | |b Small and medium industries occupy an important place in the economy of any country because they specialize in and focus their activities on businesses that complement not compete with large industries. In Egypt this is clear. Small and medium industries represent more than 96% of industrial activity. Especially in the major governorates, Greater Cairo region and small number of other governorates. This paper contributes to shed light on small and medium industries as a mechanism to alleviate this concentration in different regions of Egypt, Many of the problems that Egypt suffers from appear as a result of the overcrowding of the population in a very narrow Nile strip . That causes crises in housing and large internal migration, especially in communication and transportation services in Greater Cairo area. | ||
