المستخلص: The injured person is the one who has the right to claim damages, then there is the right to establish civil responsibility lawsuit, So the question arose is to which this was considered personal cases? Or is the right to be transferred to heirs? It is judgment differs for compensation for material damage compensation for moral damage, whichis known as “inherited compensation". On the other side, the question was raised as to the extent to which one of the heirs could be represented to the other heirs in the responsibility lawsuit, and the validity of the judgment of one of the heirs against others in the decisions of the Court of Cassation.
