المستخلص: إن الخصوصية التي وسمت البحث الأكوستيكي والفونولوجي للوحدات فوق المقطعية "supra-segmentaux" أو التنغمية "supra-prosodique" ترتد إلى طبيعة حدوثها وإلى هيئتها-المادية-الفيزياية، بوصفها متغيرات ترنيمية تخضع لعوامل نفسية وأدائية وفيزيولوجية تلازم الكلم ولا تحتفظ بوحدة تصويتية ثابتة في جل اللغات الطبيعية. وفي المقابل، فإنه لا يمكن أن نتغافل عن القيمة اللسانية التي تؤديها هذه المقاطع عبر متتاليات الكلم، من خلال وظيفتها التعبيرية، نتيجة الأثر الفيزيائي الذي تشحن به تلويناتها النبرية والتنغيمية، انطلاقا من وقع الانطباع الحسي الذي تحدثه التعابير النفسية اللامتناهية عند المتلفظ كما عند المتلقي في نحو الغبطة والفزع، والراحة والقلق والانفعال التي تستلزم تتناغما أدائيا مع أساليب تعبيرية مناسبة على غررا الإقرار والاستفهام، والذم والمدح، والاستفهام والتعجب. ومن هنا، فقد انبرت الدراسة المقدمة إلى تقديم جملة من المقترحات تروم إلى رصد الهيئة الفزيائية للمقاطع النبرية والتنغيمة ضمن خطية الخطاب المنطوق، كما تعرض إلى أبعادها الوظيفية والفونولوجية ودورها في تشكيل الدلالة والمعنى ضمن أبنية الخطاب المنطوق.

The specificity that has characterized the acoustic and phonological research in the supra-segmental and supra-prosodic units can be summed up in its fixation on modes of performance and physical aspects, understood as melodic variations (prosodic / intonatives) depending on psychological, operative and physiological factors closely correlated to pronunciation, and not recording any constant phonic unit, through most of the natural languages. On the other hand, one cannot omit the linguistic value that these sequences operate through the speech sequence, through its expressive function as a result to the physical effect that charges its tonal and prosodic colorings, starting from a sensory impression that generates the infinity of psychological expressions as much in the speaker as in the addressee, in pleasure and displeasure, tranquility, anxiety and emotion, which, however, requires a harmonious performance with adequate expressive modes, such as; affirmation and questioning, denigration and praise, petition and interjection. Thus, we intend, through this essay, to present a set of propositions likely to highlight the physical aspect of the tonic and prosodic sequences that conveys the linearity of the oral discourse, also we estimate to approach its functional and phonological dimensions and their role in building connotation and meaning through the construction of oral speech.
