Title of the study: The Role of Administration in Fostering Talented Students Basic Education Schools The study method and its tools: The current study adopts a descriptive approach due to its relevance to the study. Concerning the study tool, a questionnaire was designed to identify the role of the school administration and the most important obstacles it encounters in discovering and nurturing talented students in the school. Aims of the Study: The current study aims at: 1. Establishing the theoretical and conceptual framework of 'talent', and the ways for discovering and nurturing talented students. 2. Identifying the school administration role in discovering and nurturing talented students in the basic education stage. 3. Revealing the reality of whether school principals, their assistants and talented students' coordinators are playing their roles in discovering and nurturing talented students or not from the study sample's point of view. 4. Designing a proposal that can be followed to activate the role of school administration in discovering and nurturing talented students in Fayoum basic education stage. The results of the Study: The respondents agreed that there is a great need to improve the reality of fostering talented students in Fayoum basic education schools - The sample members of the principals, agents and coordinators of the talent in the basic education schools in Fayoum Governorate agreed on the weakness of the reality of the school administration's role in Fostering Talented students in Fayoum basic education.
عنوان البحث: دور مدير المدرسة في رعاية التلاميذ الموهوبين بمدارس التعليم الأساسي. هدف البحث: يهدف البحث للتعرف على دور مدير المدرسة في رعاية التلاميذ الموهوبين بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة الفيوم مع تحديد الإطار النظري والمفاهيمي للموهبة، وطرق رعاية التلاميذ الموهوبين والكشف عن واقع قيام مديري المدارس بأدوارهم في رعاية الموهوبين من وجهة نظر عينة البحث ثم التوصل إلى مقترحات وتوصيات يمكن الأخذ بها لتفعيل هذا الدور. نتائج البحث: - اتفق أفراد العينة على أن هناك ضرورة كبيرة لتحسين الواقع المتعلق برعاية الموهوبين - اتفق أفراد العينة من المديرين بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة الفيوم على ضعف واقع قيام مدير المدرسة بدوره في رعاية التلاميذ الموهوبين بالمدرسة. - جاءت إجمالي استجابات أفراد عينة البحث وفقا لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية على واقع دور مدير المدرسة في رعاية التلاميذ الموهوبين بوزن نسبي (1.91)، و(1.92) وهي درجة تشير إلى ضعف واقع قيام مدير المدرسة بدوره في رعاية التلاميذ الموهوبين، هذا إضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بالنسبة لهذه العبارات بحسب متغير المرحلة الدراسية، مما يشير إلى أنه لا توجد آلية محددة لرعاية التلاميذ الموهوبين.
