المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإبداع الإداري لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في جامعة حائل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وبعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) على عينة مكونة من (50) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة حائل، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها:
- تتمتع القيادات الأكاديمية بمجموعة من القدرات والخصائص الذاتية للقيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة حائل من بينها أن القيام بأداء واجباتها الوظيفية بحماس، وامتلاك القدرة على استخدام الاستنتاج في الوصول إلى الحقائق، وقبول الرأي الآخر.
- تتمتع القيادات الأكاديمية بخصائص تتعلق بالقدرة على حل المشكلات منها الجرأة في التعبير عن آرائها خلال الاجتماعات، وتوقع مشكلات العمل قبل وقوعها، وتكوين نظرة شمولية لمشكلات العمل، وفيما يختص بالمناخ التنظيمي والبيئة السائدة في إدارة الكلية تبين أن هناك المرونة الكافية من إدارة الكلية لتحقيق أهدافها، والعمل على مسايرة التطورات العملية والتعليمية.
وبناء على النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة فإنه تم التوصل لمجموعة من التوصيات من بينها:
- عقد الدورات اللازمة لتنمية الإبداع الإداري.
- توفير الإمكانات المادية اللازمة للقيادات الأكاديمية لإنجاز المهام المطلوبة.
- تنمية مهارات إدارة الوقت لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعة.
- زيادة الصلاحيات الممنوحة للمنسوبات بما يساهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتوفير الوقت اللازم لإنجاز المهام.
- تشجيع التوجه نحو الإدارة الإلكترونية لما تحققه من جودة وإبداع وسرعة إنجاز للمهام المطلوبة.


The study aimed to identify the reality of administrative creativity among the academic leadership at the University of Hail from the point of view of the faculty members of the Faculty of Education and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was adopted, and after applying the study tool (the questionnaire) on a sample of (50) members of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Education, University of Hail, the study reached a set of results, including:
- Academic leaderships have a set of abilities and self-characteristics of academic leadership at the University of Hail, including the performance of their functional duties with enthusiasm, having the ability to use the conclusion in reaching the facts, and accepting the other opinion.
- Academic leaderships have characteristics related to the ability to solve problems, including the courage to express their opinions during meetings, anticipating work problems before they arise, and forming a comprehensive view of work problems. With regard to the organizational climate and the prevailing environment in the faculty administration, it is clear that there is sufficient flexibility from the faculty administration to achieve its goals and keep pace with the practical and educational developments.
Based on the results of the study, a set of recommendations were reached, including:
- Holding the necessary courses to develop administrative creativity.
- Providing the necessary material capabilities for the academic leadership to accomplish the required tasks.
- Developing time management skills among academic leadership at the university.
- Increasing the powers granted to members in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency of performance and providing the time required to complete the tasks.
- Encouraging the attitudes towards electronic management due to the quality, creativity, and speed of completing the required tasks.
