المستخلص: تعد مشكلة تعاطي المخدرات بأنواعها المختلفة أحد أخطر المشاكل الاجتماعية التي تواجه الشعوب سواء كانت غنية أو فقيرة، نظرا لتأثيراتها الخطيرة التي تفوق الحروب والكوارث بتأثيراتها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية؛ فالتطورات الاجتماعية التي طرأت على المجتمعات والشعوب العربية والعالمية قد عكست آثارها بأشكال مختلفة على النظم السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية وقد أحدثت خللا في التوازنات للتراكيب الاجتماعية ونخص هنا بالذكر العراق نظرا لتعرضه للاحتلال من قبل عصابات داعش، وما رافقها من تغيرات سريعة من نمط الحياة السياسية والاجتماعية، وخاصة لفئة الشباب الأكثر تقبلا وتأثرا للحداثة والتغيير، وما رافقه من سلبيات كثيرة، مثل البطالة والفقر والحرمان بالإضافة إلى فقدان أعداد كثيرة من أرباب الأسر بسبب الحروب أو هجرتهم للبحث عن عمل؛ مما عرض الأسرة والفرد لضغط متراكم، بالإضافة إلى الصراعات الداخلية التي أدت إلى انقسام المجتمع إلى طوائف وفئات مختلفة. وأن دراسة الجريمة وأسبابها وتداعياتها وتحليل العوامل المساعدة على حدوثها من الموضوعات الحديثة التي تناولها علم الجغرافية بحثا وتحليلا وتوزيعا؛ إذ إن الجريمة تشكل للجغرافي حقولا دراسية موضوعية جديرة بالبحث والاهتمام، علما بأن هناك العديد من العلوم التي سبقت علم الجغرافيا في خوض هذه الدراسات، منها علم الاجتماع وعلم القانون. يتناول البحث دراسة التحليل المكاني لجرائم المخدرات في محافظة البصرة كما أكد البحث على أسباب الجريمة وأنواعها والعوامل التي أدت إلى حدوثها منها العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ذات التأثير المباشر على الجريمة، فضلا عن معرفة الدوافع المسببة لتعاطي المخدرات، كما تناول علاقة الجغرافيا بجريمة تعاطي المخدرات، وبهذه الدراسة تسعى إلى الإسهام في معالجة المشكلات الأمنية التي تواجه مجتمع المحافظة من منظور جغرافي والتنبؤ بالإبعاد المستقبلية للجريمة ورسم السياسات الوقائية والعلاجية، أما منهجية البحث فقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الإحصائي التحليلي الوصفي لقياس مستوى الجريمة بين مناطق المحافظة، وقد توصلت الدراسة أن هنالك اختلاف واضح بمستوى الجريمة من حيث النوع والكم وأن هنالك ارتباط وثيق بين نسبة الجريمة والمتغيرات الاجتماعية كالبطالة كالمستوى التعليمي والاقتصادي والحالة الزوجية ونوعية السكن والتفكك الأسري.

The social developments in Arab and international societies and peoples have reflected their effects in various forms on political, social and economic systems, And has caused imbalances in the social structures, especially here, mentioning Iraq because of the occupation by the gangs and advocates, and the rapid changes of the political and social life, especially wrapped The most vulnerable and the most vulnerable youth of modernity and change, accompanied by many disadvantages, such as unemployment, poverty and deprivation, in addition to the loss of many heads of households because of wars or migration to seek work; which exposed the family and the individual to the pressure of the accumulated, in addition to internal conflicts that led to the division of society To different denominations and categories. And that the study of crime and its causes and motives and analysis of the factors that help to occur from the modern topics dealt with the science of geography in research and analysis and distribution; Crime is a geographical areas of study subject to the subject of research worthy and attention, although there are many sciences that preceded the science of geography in the study, Meeting and law science. The study deals with the study of the spatial analysis of drug crimes in the province of Basrah. The research also stressed the causes of the crime, its types and the factors that led to its occurrence, including economic and social factors that have a direct impact on crime. As well as knowledge of the motives causing drug abuse, also dealt with the relationship of geography to the crime of drug abuse, and this study seeks to contribute to addressing the security problems facing the conservative community from a geographical perspective and predict future dimensions of crime and the development of preventive and therapeutic policies, the methodology of research has been based on the statistical approach The study concluded that there is a clear difference in the level of crime in terms of type and quantity, and that there is a close correlation between crime rate and social variables such as unemployment, such as educational level, Marital status, quality of housing and family disintegration.
