The formal sciences at the present time have known a noticeable evolution. We can dare to say that this evolution is like a crucial point turn, in this case a kind of belief was prevailed that it is possible to build infinite patterns of logic and mathematics. For logic, since the 1920s, many axiomatic patterns have emerged that transcendt. The most famous of the new formats that exceed this binary logic are three: Modal logic, multiple-valued logic, and fuzzy logic. In this context, it is obvious that every scientific fact must necessarily be logical, the advance of the exact sciences such as mathematical logic, mathematical and physical sciences has, in turn, paved the way for the emergence of these new formulations. Furthermore each type of contemporary logic depends on the scientific theory that leads to its emergence. Through the following article, we intend to address the most important factors and scientific motives that had led to the transcendence of the binary logic, by following the descriptive analytical approach, which goes hand in hand with the features of the philosophical and scientific approach to this scientific article
