المستخلص: As far as the Arab Islamic civilization was described as civilization of poetry and sacred text, it can also be described as a civilization of strong and tyrant moral sense, since ethics is a fundamental problem in our consciousness, also it shapes our identity. This strong sense of morality in our personality has often played a decisive role in shaping our individual and collective consciousness; also it has prevented us from establishing a rational relationship with other values, such as the values of freedom, justice, truth and beauty. Nevertheless, it is so important to pose such questions: were all the values of our Arab-Islamic heritage so negative? It is true that there were no moral, rational and human values that deserve to be called, namely in the light of the rapid developments that humanity today knows in general and Arab Muslim societies in particular? On the other hand, has our Arab-Islamic heritage put the ethical problem as clearly and fully as we need it today? Can we talk about an Arab moral mind as Mohamed Abid AL- JABRI imagined taking in consideration the diversity of our heritage? Or, on the other hand, the question of ethics was decided, and it is outside the circle of mental thinking, which led to the absence of an ethical philosophy in our heritage. This dilemma makes us today in a huge crisis of real values according to the context of human values, Such as freedom, rationality, justice, democracy, citizenship ethics of dialogue and communication, discussion, tolerance, mutual recognition and human rights.
