The social and political and economic reforms of the modern Algeria produced modifications on the laws and the legislations, organizations of the state influenced on and the civil society, created a form of alienation in the social link between the rulers and the citizens. The Algerian intellectual participates in providing the substitutes for the constitutional organizations and the civil society even the social order balances; he explains his political choices through his work experience. As the politicians and military and economists and religious leaders compete to the possession of the authority, the citizens compete to the Stability of their buying ability. The striving towards materials transforms the form and content of the social relationships which became crossbred. The national identity became crossbred when the society abandoned the traditional social values and replace them with globalization values.
