المستخلص: Gradual development in all areas of life has created an urgent need to develop information systems to respond to these evolutions and respond to the increasing complexity in various spheres of life, including libraries. Use of information and communication technologies has made a significant contribution to the development of library services. Due to the growing size and accumulation of noledge and information has led to the emergence of many challenges as: how to organize, treat and protect the themes of Research, and theses of theft and plagiarism. It is in dis perspective that the research center on scientific and technical information (CERIST) to develop the National Portal Thesis Reporting (PNST).
