|a هدفت السياسة العقارية للاستعمار الفرنسي إلى تقنين عمليات نهب ممتلكات الشعب الجزائري، وكان لهذه السياسة انعكاسات أثرت على الأنظمة الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، الإدارية والقضائية التي كانت سائدة آنذاك، ولذلك كانت ردود الفعل الجزائرية قوية واتخذت أشكالا ومظاهر عديدة، يعتبر أسلوب كتابة الشكاية والعريضة إحدى الاستراتيجيات المميزة وأسلوب مقاومة عبر به الجزائريون عن رفضهم واستيائهم ودافعوا من خلاله عن وجودهم، لأن الأرض لم تكن مجرد مورد رزق بالنسبة لهم بل كانت رمزا للتاريخ، للشرف، للهوية وللوطن.\nدور الأرشيف الفرنسية المختلفة والتي تضم أرشيف المستعمرات تحوي الكثير من شكاوى وعرائض الجزائريين. نذكر من بين هذه المراكز والتي تسنى لنا الاطلاع على البعض من وثائقها: مركز أرشيف ما وراء البحار بمدينة أكس أن بروفانس، مصلحة التاريخ لوزارة الدفاع بفانسان وكذلك رصيد السيناتور جول فيري والمحفوظ بالمكتبة البلدية بمدينة سانت ديي بمحافظة لي فوج. غلبت مسألة الأراضي بشكل بارز على موضوعات هذه العرائض لأنه وبعض النظر عن أي سبب أو حجة أخرى، الهدف وراء الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر كان الاستعمار الاستيطاني، أي اغتصاب أملاك المواطنين وتمليكها للمستوطنين.\n

|f The real estate policy adopted by the French colonization was aimed at legalizing the looting of the property of the Algerian people. This policy had repercussions on the economic, social, administrative, and judicial systems that prevailed at the time. The Algerian reactions were, therefore, strong and took many forms and manifestations. The style of writing a complaint and petition is one of the distinctive strategies and a resistance style by which Algerians expressed their rejection and dissatisfaction and defended their existence. The land, for them, was not just a livelihood; it was a symbol of history, honor, identity, and homeland.\nThe various French archives, which include the archives of colonies, contain many complaints and petitions by Algerians. Some of the documents which we were able to have access to included the Overseas Archive Centre in Aix-en-Provence, the Department of History of the Ministry of Defense of Vincent, as well as the balance of Senator Jules Ferry, held at the Municipal Library of Saint-Diène, Les Vogue. The land issue has prominently dominated the subjects of these petitions because, regardless of any other reason or argument, the goal behind the French occupation of Algeria was settler colonization, i.e., the usurpation of citizens' property and its possession by settlers.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
