المستخلص: عمليات الانفال هي سياسة إيدلوجية عنصرية، مسبقا خططت لها الحكومة العراقية لإبادة الكرد في العراق، إذ كانت كل السلطات السياسية والإدارية في الدولة العراقية بيد صدام حسين الذي استغل كل تلك السلطات من المؤسسات الحزبية والأمنية والاستخباراتية والعسكرية إضافة إلى إشراك معظم وزارات الدولة في عملية إبادة الكرد. هذه المشاركة الواسعة والسياسية الخاصة في الدولة تعيد إلى الأذهان بوضوح عمليات إبادة الأرمن والهولوكوست لليهود، التعدد العرقي والديني والقومي داخل حدود الدولة الشوفينية القومية يعد من أهم أسباب الحرب ولعب كل ذلك دورا رئيسيا في عمليات الإبادة الجماعية. بالطبع هناك اختلاف في بعض النقاط مثل التطور التقني والاقتصادي والتراث العسكري بين الإبادة العرقية والهولوكوست والأنفال وهناك فرق بين عدد الضحايا والأبعاد، بعكس الهولوكوست والأنفال في مراحل إبادة الأرمن كان هناك تشخيص وسلب للحقوق والترحيل والابادة في عملية واحدة. بدأت إبادة الأرمن بالقبض عليهم وجمعهم ثم رميهم بالرصاص جماعيا، ونهبهم وترحيلهم عنوة إلى بلد آخر (أكثرهم إلى سوريا)، بسبب الجوع والتعب والضرب وبعد المسافة كانت النتيجة هي الموت، في الهولوكوست، أيضا القى القبض على اليهود وتم جمعهم ونهبهم وترحيلهم، واكثرهم جمع في بولونيا (Auschwitz) حيث الهولوكوست أو الإبادة الجماعية بالغاز، البداية كانت بالتجويع والاعمال الثقيلة. وأنفلة الكرد أيضا بدأت بنفس النظرية، أي إلقاء القبض عليهم وجمعهم بعد ضربهم بالسلاح الكيمياوي ثم النهب والترحيل خارج وطنهم وأكثرهم إلى الصحاري جنوب العراق حيث التجويع والضرب والقتل الجماعي رميا بالرصاص في قبور جماعيا كانت النهاية. في عمليات إبادة الأرمن تم الاعتداء جنسيا على الآلاف من التقنيات والنساء ثم قتلهن بعد ذلك أو بيعهن أو خطفهن، وفي عمليات الهولوكوست اغتصبت الكثير من الفتيات والنساء اليهوديات، وكذلك في عمليات الانفال اغتصبت الآلاف من الفتيات والنساء الكرديات ثم قتلهن أو بيعهن كما ثبت من وثائق النظام الحاكم. وعلى الرغم من أن كثيرا من ضحايا الاغتصاب الجنسي لم يكشفن الأمر لأسباب تتعلق بالخوف ومسائل الشرف وكثيرا من الفتيات والنساء انتحرن تفاديا للعار. ليس هناك فرق بين ضحايا إبادة الأرمن والهولوكوست وعمليات الانفال، أي أن ثلاثتهم لم يستثن أحد من الرجال والنساء، الحوامل والشيوخ وحتى الأطفال الرضع، بل عوملوا كأرمن ويهود وكرد. أجري الكثير من البحوث والدراسات الأكاديمية من نظريات وطرق علمية حول الجوانب التاريخية والسياسية والاجتماعية والنفسية لإبعاد إبادة الأرمن والهولوكوست التي بالتأكيد لها قيمة كبيرة في البحث عن عمليات الأنفال. تلك النظريات والتعاريف التي أجراها العلماء والباحثون خلال عشرات السنين حول عمليات الإبادة الجماعية للأرمن واليهود، هي تسهيل لكل شخص يرغب في إجراء بحث حول عمليات الأنفال.

Anfal is the policy racist of ideology which was planned by the Iraqi government to exterminate the Kurds in Iraq. Further, Saddam Husain was leading all the political authorities as well as administrative in Iraq. Therefore, Saddam Husain took the advantages of that authority that get from the institutions, intelligence services and the military and also the majority of ministries were participated in the process with Saddam Husain of genocide the Kurds. This wide participation and internal policy in the country brings to mind clearly that the Armenian genocide and the Holocaust of the Jews, multi-ethnic, religious and state within the borders of national chauvinism, nationalism all those points are the most important reasons to do war and also they played a massive role in the genocide as well. surly there is a difference between genocide, the Holocaust and the Anfal in some points which are technical development, economic and heritage military and also the number of victims and dimensional, unlike the Holocaust and Anfal in the stages of genocide of Armenians which was a diagnosis and looting rights and deportation and extermination in a single operation. Theory and application of methods of genocide of Armenians began to arrest as a group then throw shot collectively not only looting and forcibly, but also deported the rest to another country (most of them to Syria), during the migration they get hunger, fatigue and beatings. As a result of that is death. In addition, in the Holocaust Jews were arrested, looting, deported and then collected in out their home country; most of them collected in Bologna (Auschwiz) the Holocaust is shooting collectively or genocide gas. Anfal of the Kurds was started in same story which we talked above. In other words, it is begun with starvation. In the beginning the Kurds were arrested, collected and bring them after beating them with chemical weapons and then looting and deportation outside their home country, and most of them migrated to the deserts of southern Iraq, where starvation, beatings and mass murder was shot dead in graves collectively was the end. Thousands of women and girls of Armenians and Holocaust of Jewish have been sexually assaulted then murdered or sold or kidnapping, as well as in the Anfal operations raped thousands of women and girls of Kurdish then murdered or sold as is proven document of the ruling regime. Although, many victims of sexual rape did not tell it for many reasons such as, fear and questions of honor and many of the girls and women committed suicide of feel shame. There is no difference among the victims of the Armenian genocide, the Holocaust and the Anfal operations, which means that the three of them did not exclude one of the men and women, pregnant women and the elderly, and even infants, but were coped as a Carmen, Jews and Kurds. Conducted a lot of researches and academic studies of scientific theories and methods about the historical and political aspects of the social and psychological dimensions of the Armenian genocide and the Holocaust, which certainly have great value in the search for the Anfal operations; Those theories and definitions conducted by scientists and researchers for decades about the genocide of Armenians and Jews, is to facilitate each person wishing to conduct research on the Anfal operations.
