|f This study aims to identify the relationship between personality traits and achievement motivation. The researcher used the descriptive approach that suits this type of study from the question about the impact of personality traits on the achievement motivation of handball players. \nWe also used statistical methods that suited the study variables. \nThis study was conducted on a sample consisting of the players of the clubs of the Regional League in the State of Saida, where the estimated number reached one hundred (100) players. This study relied on two tests, the first measures the degrees of personality traits, and the second measures the degree of achievement motivation. Post analyzing and discussing the obtained results; the study came reached some conclusions, the most important of which included: \nThere is a significant correlation between personality traits and achievement motivation among handball players. Personality traits (social, aggressiveness, control) have an impact on the level of achievement motivation among players.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة الموجودة بين سمات الشخصية ودافعية الإنجاز، حيث استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي الذي يناسب هذا النوع من الدراسات انطلاقا من التساؤل حول تأثير سمات الشخصية على دافعية الإنجاز لدى لاعبي كرة اليد، كما استعملنا الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لمتغيرات الدراسة، حيث أن هذه الدراسة أجريت على عينة متكونة من لاعبي أندية الرابطة الجهوية لولاية سعيدة والمقدر عددهم بمائة (100) لاعب ولقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على اختبارين الأول يقيس درجات سمات الشخصية والثاني يقيس درجات دافعية الإنجاز وبعد تحليل ومناقشة النتائج المتحصل على من خلال الدراسة الميدانية توصلنا إلى استنتاجات أهمها أن هناك علاقة ارتباطيه كبيرة بين سمات شخصية ودافعية الإنجاز لدى لاعبي كرة اليد، وتأثير سمات الشخصية (الاجتماعية، العدوانية، الضبط) على مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى اللاعبين.

|d Cette étude a pour objet de savoir la relation entre les caractéristiques de la personnalité et la motivation de la réalisation, le chercheur opte pour l'approche descriptive appropriée à ce genre d'études à partir de la question sur l'influence des caractéristiques de la personnalité sur la motivation de l'accomplissement chez les hand-balleurs.\nNous avons également réalisé quelques statistiques tenant compte de l'impact des variables. La présente étude a visé un groupe de 100 joueurs de la ligue régionale de la wilaya de Saida.\nNotre recherche s'est basé sur deux testes: le premier est de savoir le degré des caractéristiques de la personnalité et le deuxième pour celui de la motivation. finalement, et après l'analyse des résultats de l'étude pratique, nous en concluons qu'il y a une relation importante entre les caractéristiques de la personnalité et la motivation de l'accomplissement chez les joueurs du hand-ball, en outre les caractéristiques de la personnalité (sociales) influencent la motivation chez les hand-balleurs.\n
