المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على حقوق المسلم الجديد وواجباته، وبيان مسؤولية الداعية لتعليم المسلم الجديد حقوقه وواجباته، وإبراز أهمية عناية الداعية بتعليم المسلم الجديد حقوقه وواجباته في الإسلام، وبعد التعريف بالمصطلحات خلص البحث إلى أهمية عناية الداعية إلى الله تعالى بتعليم المسلم الجديد حقوقه وواجباته، وذلك من خلال حرص النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في أقواله وأفعاله على تعليم المسلم الجديد أمور دينه، وحسن معاملته، والفرح بإسلامه، وتأليف قلبه بمختلف أنواع التأليف المادية والمعنوية، وضرورة تدرج الداعية مع المسلم الجديد أثناء تعليمه ما له من حقوق، وما عليه من واجبات، وأن ممارسة المسلم الجديد للدعوة إلى الإسلام - حسب عمله وقدرته - تسهم بإذن الله تعالى في زيادة إيمانه وثباته على الإسلام، كما يجب على المسلم الجديد أن يصل أرحامه وأقاربه، وإن لم يكونوا مسلمين؛ بل ويحسن إليهم بأي نوع من أنواع الإحسان المشروعة في الإسلام. وأوصى البحث إلى مزيد من الدراسات النظرية والتطبيقية، وعقد الندوات والدورات، إضافة إلى دعم وتعاون الجهات الدعوية والتعليمية والثقافية ذات الصلة بتعزيز مسؤولية الداعية تجاه تعليم المسلم الجديد حقوقه وواجباته.

This article aims to examine the new Muslim’s rights and duties, pinpointing the Islamic preacher’s responsibility in teaching the new Muslim these rights and duties, and highlighting the importance of the preacher’s care in this glorified task. After defining the terms used in the study, the research proceeds to the importance of the Islamic preacher’s care of teaching the new Muslim his rights and duties, based on the Prophet Mohammad’s (PBUH) care, in words and deeds, of teaching the new Muslim his rights and duties, caring for him, welcoming him and bringing him closer to, and in the Muslim community, and more importantly, the gradual teaching to fulfill all necessary aspects in the Muslim life. The Islamic preacher’s task does not stop here, but he should continue calling for Islam. He should also emphasize the new Muslim’s contribution to calling for Islam according to whatever he knows of Islam values and principles. This will lead to strengthening the new Muslim’s faith and be stable believing in the oneness of Allah. In addition, the new Muslim should deal well with his siblings and relatives even if they are non-Muslims, and deal with them according to Islamic values and principles. The research concludes with some recommendations, the most important of which are conducting theoretical and paraxial studies in this regard, organizing Da’wa conferences, symposiums and workshops in addition to supporting the cultural and educational Da’wah organizations relevant to the Islamic preacher in teaching the new Muslims.
