المستخلص: The study aimed at comparing the level of handball students of the Institute of Physical and Sports Education in shooting at elevation by measuring and comparing some of the Kinematic variables of the skill of shooting at elevation. The study, therefore, sought to answer the following questions:
What is the difference in the level of the students of the Institute at its different levels by analyzing the Hai Wred model (qualitative analysis) and quantitative analysis? Is there a development in the level? The study assumed that there are significant differences in the values of some Kinematic variables of performing the skill of shooting handball by elevation among the students of the Institute and the improvement of level in students of the Institute of Physical and Sports education in the third year. We selected 12 students of each level (first, second, the third year) as a study sample. We used the survey method by objectively observing the visual recording tape and comparing the third levels in terms of Kinematic variables in cinematographic analysis programs and were calculated by “P” Dovichar.
Post collecting the results and processing them, we concluded that the level of students improved in the third year and, therefore, recommended following scientific methods and means in the development of educational, training, and evaluation programs so that the shooting by elevation becomes of high interest.

هدفت الدراسة إلى مقارنة مستوى طلبة معهد التربية البدنية والرياضية اختصاص كرة اليد في التصويب بالارتقاء وذلك بقياس ومقارنة بعض المتغيرات الكنماتيكية لمهارة التصويب بالارتقاء ومن أجل الإجابة على الأسئلة التالية: ما مدا اختلاف مستوي طلبة المعهد بمختلف مستوياته بتحليل نموذج هاي وريد (التحليل الكيفي) والتحليل الكمي؟، وهل هنالك تطور في المستوى؟ ولهذا الغرض فرضنا أن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في قيم بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية لأداء مهارة التصويب بالارتقاء في كرة اليد بين طلبة المعهد وتحسن مستوي الطلبة في معهد التربية البدنية والرياضية في السنة الثالثة ومن أجل هذا تم الدراسة على 12 طالب من كل مستوى (السنة الأولى، الثانية، الثالثة) ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا طريقة المسح وذلك بالملاحظة الموضوعية باستخدام شريط لتسجيل المرئي ومقارنة المستويات الثالثة من حيث المتغيرات الكنماتيكية ببرامج التحليل السنمائي وتم حسابها ب "ف" دوفيشار وبعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها توصلنا إلى أن مستوي الطلبة تحسن في السنة الثالثة ولهذا أوصينا بإتباع الطرق والوسائل العلمية في وضع البرامج تعليمية والتدريبية والتقويمة بحيث يكون التصويب بالارتقاء عاليا محل اهتمام.

L'étude visait à comparer le niveau des étudiants de l'Institut d'éducation physique et des sports Mostaganem Compétence handball en tire en saut Et mesurer et de comparer certaines des variables Alcnametekih compétence (tire saut) Afin de répondre aux questions suivantes: Quel étudiants de niveau de marée de différence dans les différents niveaux Institut Modéliser et analyser Hai Reid (Analyse qualitative) Et (l'analyse quantitative) ?
