|a الهدف من هذا البحث هو دراسة أثر بطاقة الأداء المتوازن على تحسين أداء البحث العلمي بالشكل الذي يساهم بصورة مباشرة على ربط السياسات والإجراءات التي تتخذ داخل جامعة الملك خالد برؤية الجامعة ورسالتها وأهدافها والتالي زيادة القيمة المضافة للبحث العلمي وتعزيز التعاون بين جامعة الملك خالد ومختلف الجامعات والمؤسسات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية. من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم سحب عينة (113 مفردة) ممثلة لمجتمع البحث وهم أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلاب الدراسات العليا بمختلف كليات جامعة الملك خالد، وباستخدام برنامج (Structure Equation Modeling by AMOS) تم تحليل البيانات والفروض الموضوعة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث هو أن استخدام بطاقة القياس المتوازن BSC يؤدي إلى زيادة القيمة المضافة للبحث العلمي، كما أن لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن تأثير إيجابي في تفعيل استراتيجية الجامعة وزيادة رضا جميع الأطراف المستفيدة من البحوث العلمية المنشورة.

|b The aim of this paper is study the impact of the balanced scorecard on improving the performance of scientific research in a way that directly linking policies of King Khalid with the vision, mission and objectives of the university and thus increase the added value of scientific research and enhance cooperation between the University and various universities and institutions. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher analyzed a sample of (113) representatives of the research community such as faculty members and post graduate students at various faculties of King Khalid University and hypothesis by using (SEM by AMOS program), The paper is improved that the use of a balanced measurement card BSC leads to increase the added value of scientific research, also the BSC has a positive impact in the activation of the university strategy and increase the satisfaction of all parties that related to scientific research.
