This study aimed at determining the effectiveness of social care services provided to the families of martyrs of duty and identifying most common agencies that provide them with social care services, monitoring the contribution degree of social care services to fulfill the requirements of the martyrs’ families, identifying the obstacles facing martyrs of duty’ families in accessing services, in addition to reaching proposals to activate the social care services provided to the martyrs of duty’ families, from the point of view of the families of martyrs and female supervisors of the Women's Committee for the care of martyrs' families. The study community consisted of martyrs of duty’ families in Al-Qassim Region. The researcher used the comprehensive survey method which was based on the questionnaire as the study tool. The study concluded many results including: The families of martyrs of the duty (100%) agreed that special cards are distributed to the families of martyrs in the hospital of the security forces and the health centers of the Ministry of Interior, (14%) of the families of martyrs of the duty agreed that the families of the martyrs are treated at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre and King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital, (86%) of them think they do not need it, and (10%) of the families of martyrs of the duty agreed that discounts are being obtained in the private clinics and hospitals. There is a kind of coordination between the agencies that provide services to the families of the martyrs. Social care services in all their forms (physical, educational, social, and health) contribute to meeting the requirements of the families of martyrs of duty. The study recommended many recommendations, the most important of which are the need to form many committees to care for the families of martyrs in various regions of the Kingdom and the need to focus on the various donations from senior businessmen and the wealthy people of the Kingdom to the families of martyrs.
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى فاعلية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية التي تقدم إلى أسر شهداء الواجب وأكثر الجهات التي تقدم لهم خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية ورصد مدى إسهام خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية في الوفاء بمتطلبات أسر الشهداء وكذلك تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه أسر شهداء الواجب في حصولهم على الخدمات، بالإضافة إلى الوصول إلى مقترحات لتفعيل خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة لأسر شهداء الواجب وذلك من وجهة نظر أسر الشهداء ومشرفات اللجنة النسائية لرعاية أسر الشهداء. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من أسر شهداء الواجب بمنطقة القصيم، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج المسحي الشامل القائم على الاستبانة كأداة الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: اتفق ما نسبته (100%) من أسر شهداء الواجب على أنه يتم صرف بطاقات خاصة لأسر الشهداء بمستشفى قوى الأمن والمراكز الصحية التابعة لوزارة الداخلية، واتفق ما نسبته (14%) من أسر شهداء الواجب على أنه يتم علاج أسر الشهداء بمستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي، وبمستشفى الملك خالد التخصصي للعيون، وهناك ما نسبته (86%) منهم يرون أنهم لا يحتاجون لذلك، واتفق ما نسبته (10%) من أسر شهداء الواجب على أنه يتم الحصول على خصومات في المستوصفات والمستشفيات الأهلية. بالإضافة إلا أنه يوجد نوع من التنسيق بين الجهات التي تقدم الخدمات لأسر الشهداء، وتسهم خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بكافة أشكالها (المادية والتعليمية والاجتماعية والصحية) في الوفاء بمتطلبات أسر شهداء الواجب. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات من أهمها: ضرورة تكوين لجان كثيرة لرعاية أسر الشهداء في مختلف مناطق المملكة، وضرورة التركيز على التبرعات المختلفة من كبار رجال الأعمال، والموسرين من أبناء المملكة لأسر الشهداء.
