هدف هذا البحث هو معالجة ظاهرة سيئة نشأت وانتشرت في فئة معينة من فئات المجتمع، واتبعت الباحثة في كتابة بحثها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الاستنتاجي، وقسمته إلى مقدمة، وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة، على النحو الآتي: - المقدمة: تحتوي على مشكلة البحث، وأهميته، وأهدافه، وعنوان البحث، ومنهجه، وخطته. - المبحث الأول: نشأة ظاهرة المتشبهات بالرجال. - المبحث الثاني: أسباب ظاهرة المتشبهات بالرجال. - المبحث الثالث: طرق معالجة ظاهرة المتشبهات بالرجال. - المبحث الرابع: علاقة ظاهرة التشبه بالحب وكيفية بذله. - الخاتمة: متضمنة لأبرز النتائج والتي كان من أهمها ما يلي: - إن ظاهرة المتشبهات بالرجال (البويات) ظاهرة لها جذور قديمة، ولكن كانت في الماضي أعداداً قليلة ليست كعصرنا الحاضر التي أصبحت فيه ظاهرة منتشرة بشكل مشمئز للناظر على مواقع الانترنت والمنتديات الخاصة. - ظاهرة المتشبهات بالرجال هي متلازمة لأسباب كثيرة ومتنوعة، لا نستطيع أن نُلقي اللوم على عاتق الأهل والأسرة فقط، أو المرض النفسي، أو المجتمع والصديقات، أو التأثر والمحاكاة والتقليد، أو ميل وهوى ورغبة النفس؛ فالقضية تختلف من فتاة لفتاة بحسب الدواعي النفسية والمؤثرات المحيطة بها، ولكن قد تندرج أغلبها تحت مشكلة الحرمان العاطفي، والحاجة الملحّة للحب والاحترام. - ظاهرة المتشبهات بالرجال هي ظاهرة تمرّد على الدين، وعلى المجتمع المحافظ المتمسك بدينه، وعلى العرف والتقاليد؛ لتحقيق رغبة معينة وهي: "الحب والاحتواء وإشباع الفراغ العاطفي"، ويمكن معالجة هذه الظاهرة بالحب الحقيقي، وتطبيق شرع الله في نشر مفهوم الحب الصحيح، وهو الحب الله القائم على مخافة الله وتقواه. والحبّ السائر في ظل طاعته وعبادته وابتغاء مرضاته.
