520 |b The objective of this study is to identify the extent to which the dimensions of sports management prevailing in sports facilities affect the performance of human resources, and evaluate the level of management in terms of administrative functions in these establishments as well as finding solutions to raise the level of resource performance according to a number of suggestions. Improve the level of human resources management, and the researcher tries to answer a number of questions related to the objectives under study and to achieve this study was conducted in the youth and sports of the State of Biskra where the study was a survey that the size of the sample is small and the researcher designed a survey questionnaire The study is composed of staff working in supervisory and centralized functions The questionnaire was composed of four axes, each of which was matched by partial hypotheses, after being controlled and verified in the final form, according to an analytical descriptive approach, because it is based on the study of reality and expressed in quantity and quality.
