المستخلص: يسعى هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على العملية الإبداعية والآلية التي تحكم هذه العملية وتأثير الذائقة العامة للمجتمع وضروراته على التصوير اليمني المعاصر، وتحديد مدى تحقيق القيم الجمالية والفنية وفق الأساليب والاتجاهات المعاصرة، وذلك من خلال تحليل عينات من المنتج الفني للنصوص البصرية للفنانين التشكيليين اليمنيين المعاصرين منذ 2010م حتى 2019م، وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن هناك ضغوطاً مجتمعية كالذائقة العامة وصعوبة تلقي الجديد غير المفسر أثرت على العملية الإبداعية للفنان في إخراج النص البصري وكذلك أمية التذوق للنص البصري المعاصر لدى المجتمع مما قيد فكر الفنانين ووعيهم بماهية النص واستبدالها بمهارات وقدرات المحاكاة أو النقل الواقعي المرغوب لدى العامة.

This research seeks to show the creative process and the mechanism that rules this process and the influence of the general dilettantism of the society and its necessities on contemporary Yemeni drawing, and the determination of the extent to which esthetic and artistic values are achieved, whereby contemporary methods and trends through analyzing samples of the artistic product of the visual texts of contemporary Yemeni configuration artists from the period 2010 until 2019, and the researcher reached a collection of results, the most important that there are social pressures such as public dilettantism and the difficulty of receiving the new unexplained all that influenced the creative process of the artist in product of the visual text as well as the illiteracy of the dilettantism of contemporary visual text in Society, which restricted the artists' thought and awareness for the essence of the text and substitution it with the skills and capabilities of simulation or realistic devolving that favorable to the public.
