المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الأمين، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. أما بعد:
فقد أيد الله رسله عليهم الصلاة والسلام بمعجزات حسية تتناسب مع ثقافة قومهم وتناسب ما برعت فيه تلك الأمم من علم؛ إلا أن معجزات الرسل عليهم الصلاة والسلام تفوق ذلك العلم وتلك الثقافة كونها خارقة للعادة، ويعجز الناس جميعا عن الإتيان بمثلها، ولما برع قوم النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بالبلاغة والفصاحة جاءت معجزته العظمى - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وهي القرآن الكريم في أعلى درجات الفصاحة والبلاغة، وتحدى الله الناس حينها وإلى يوم القيامة على أن يأتوا بكلام مثل القرآن الكريم، أو بعشر سور مثله أو حتى بسورة مثله فعجزوا مع اشتهارهم في الفصاحة والبلاغة، وقد حوى القرآن الكريم إعجازا في شتى المجالات، ومنها؛ جوانب البلاغة المختلفة، ما يقضي له البليغ عجبا، ويهتز به الكاتب طربا؛ فمنه التوكيد بأقسامه، والحذف بأقسامه، والتقديم والتأخير، ووضع الخبر موضع الطلب وعكسه، وتذكير المؤنث وعكسه، والتعبير عن المستقبل بلفظ الماضي وعكسه، والتشبيه، والاستعارة، والتورية، والطباق، والمقابلة، والخطاب بالاسم، والخطاب بالفعل، الإيجاز، والإطناب، وغير ذلك مما ألف فيه العلماء المؤلفات العظيمة، ولكنى سأقتصر على ذكر نماذج فقط في شيء يسير مما ذكروه رحمهم الله تعالى، وهذه النماذج ستكون في بلاغة الابتداء في فواتح السور؛ كالابتداء بالأحرف المقطعة، والأمر، والخبر والقسم، وغيرها مما سيأتي، وبلاغة الختام لسور القرآن، وبلاغة الخطاب والجواب، وسأختم بنموذج مختار يشمل نواح عدة في بلاغة القران، وهو قول الله تعالى: (وقيل يا أرض ابلعي ماءك ويا سماء أقلعي وغيض الماء وقضي الأمر واستوت على الجودي وقيل بعدا للقوم الظالمين) (هود: 44)، ومن ثم خاتمة تشتمل على مقترحات وتوصيات تتعلق بالبحث ومن أهم النتائج: أن القرآن ملئ بالمعجزات البلاغية، في شتى الجوانب التي تظهر لأهل الاختصاص في هذا الفن، وأن ظهور بلاغة القرآن، تدعو أصحاب العقول السليمة -ممن لم يسلم بعد- إلى إتباع هذا الدين، كما أن ظهورها يزيد المؤمن ثباتا وإيمانا، وتمسكا بهذا الدين القويم.
ومن أهم التوصيات: أن تجعل الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الإسلامية البحث في بلاغة القرآن ضمن أبحاث التخرج لديها، وأن تطلب من أساتذتها وضع مشروعا لهذه الأبحاث، وأن تضع القنوات الفضائية سواء كانت رسمية أو خاصة برامج علمية هادفة ومحاضرات للعلماء المتخصصين تبث ما يتعلق ببلاغة القران في شتى الجوان البلاغية.


Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon His faithful Messenger and upon his family and companions. After:
Allah supported his Messengers (peace and blessings be upon him) with sensory miracles that are commensurate with the culture of their people and fit the knowledge of those nations. However, the miracles of the Messengers (peace and blessings of be upon them) outweigh that knowledge and culture being supernatural, and to make it too difficult to bring like that. When the people of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) excelled in rhetoric and eloquence, his great miracle - peace be upon him - the Holy Quran came at the highest levels of eloquence and rhetoric. God challenged the people then and until the Day of Resurrection to come up with words like the Holy Qur'an, or with ten surahs like it, or even a surah like it, so they were unable despite their reputation for eloquence and rhetoric. The Holy Quran has contained miracles in various fields, including; aspects of the different rhetoric, what makes the eloquent astonished, and shakes it by the writer; it includes emphasis by sections, deletion by sections, bringing forward and backward, putting the predicate in place demand and vice versa, turning the feminine into masculine and vice versa, and expressing the future with the words of the past and vice versa, The analogy, metaphor, antonomasia, antithesis, comparison, address by a noun, address by the verb, abridging, circumlocution, and other things in which scientists have written great writings, but I will limit myself to mentioning examples only in something that goes from what they have mentioned, may Allah have mercy on them. These models will be eloquently starting in the opening of the surah, such as starting with the Muqatta'at, the command, the predicament and the oath, and others that will come, and the eloquence of the conclusion of the Surah of Qur'an, and the eloquence of the address and the answers. I will conclude with a chosen model that includes several aspects of the eloquence of the Qur'an, which is the words of Allah, may He be exalted, And it was said, "O earth, swallow your water, and O sky, withhold [your rain]." And the water subsided, and the matter was accomplished, and the ship came to rest on the [mountain of] Judiyy. And it was said, "Away with the wrongdoing people." (Hud: 44) And then, the conclusion includes suggestions and recommendations related to research. One of the most important results is that the Qur'an is full of rhetorical miracles, in various aspects that appear to the people of competence in this art, and that the appearance of the eloquence of the Qur'an, invites the people of healthy minds — who have not yet accepter Islam — to follow this religion, as its appearance increases the believer in constancy and faith, and adhering to this righteous religion.
One of the most important recommendations is to make postgraduate studies in Islamic universities research into the rhetoric of the Qur'an within their graduation research, and to ask their professors to develop a project for these research, and to develop satellite channels, whether official or private, purposeful scientific programs and lectures for specialized scholars that broadcast what is related to rhetoric of Qur'an in various rhetorical spheres.
