|a تؤثر الأخطار المناخية على المحاصيل الزراعية بشذوذها عن المعدلات المناخية السائدة، والذى يؤدى إلى إحداث أضرار بمدخلات النشاط الزراعي في الضفة الغربية، مما ينعكس بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة على إنتاجية المحاصيل الزراعية سواء من حيث الكمية أو الجودة، وبالرغم من أن الأخطار المناخية تعد من أهم العوامل التي تؤثر على الزراعة بمنطقة الدراسة إلا أن هناك عدة طرق متبعة من قبل المزارعين في التقليل من حدة تأثيراتها السلبية، والتي تتمثل في السيول ومشكلة الجفاف والصقيع والأمراض والآفات الزراعية، وما ينتج عنها من انخفاض في إنتاجية المحاصيل الزراعية من خلال تأثيراتها المباشرة على إنتاجيتها وجودتها، أو غير المباشرة من خلال تأثيراتها على مقومات العملية الزراعية الأخرى مثل التربة وعملية الري.

|b Climate hazards affect agricultural crops by their abnormalities from prevailing climatic conditions, Which leads to damage to the inputs of agricultural activity in the West Bank, Which is reflected directly or indirectly on the productivity of agricultural crops Both in terms of quantity and quality, Although climate hazards are one of the most important factors affecting agriculture in the study area However, there are several ways farmers can mitigate their negative impacts, Which is the floods, the problem of drought, frosts, diseases and agricultural pests, Resulting in a decline in the productivity of agricultural crops Through their direct effects on their productivity and quality, Or indirectly through their effects on the components of other agricultural process such as soil and irrigation process.
