|a هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعريف بالأثر المقاصدي للعمل الخيري من خلال مقاصد المكلف إما ضرورية أو حاجية أو تحسينية، وبالنظر المتفحص نجد أن العمل الخيري سباق لتحقيقها، في جانبي الوجود والعدم، وأثر ذلك ظاهر وجلي في كل الجوانب التي تعاهدها بالحرص والعناية، الأمر الذي ولد من ذلك مؤسسات خيرية اجتماعية أسهمت بنصيب لا ينكر في حفظ الدين بالدعوة إليه وتكوين الدعاة وتهيئة المجال الدعوي من مرافق ومساجد وأوقاف أو هبات أخرى، ومحاربة البدع والخرافات عنه، وكذا حفظ النفوس بتوفير أسباب العيش لغير القادرين لها وتوفير الأمني والصحي لها والدراسة هي مجموعة من الوسائل التي يتوصل بها لتحقيق مقاصد الشريعة للمكلف، وتختلف هذه الوسائل باختلاف الأماكن والأزمنة، وهي في الأخير تخضع للاجتهاد البشري ومدى مواكبته للعصر وتسخير أسبابه لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة.

The study is a set of means by which to achieve the purposes of the Shariah to the taxpayer, and these methods vary according to different places and times, and is finally subject to human diligence and the extent of keeping up with the times and harnessing its causes to achieve the desired goals.
