|a يأتي هذا البحث ليجيبنا عن جمعية كافل اليتيم الجزائرية الوطنية، والذي يقتضي التعريف بها وكشف اللثام عن تاريخيها وطابعها وأهدافها والسعي لتبيين البعد الاجتماعي لها من خلال ما تقوم به من أعمال مختلفة للتكفل بهذه الزمرة، من حيث جملة من التدابير والآليات للرفع من مكانة اليتيم وجعله في مصاف غيره من الفئات الاجتماعية الأخرى، والتي ينتج عنها مجموعة من الآثار ترتسم في صور مختلفة ومتنوعة كلها في خدمة الانسانية والتي يتأكد صدقها في صورة التكافل الاجتماعي الذي تدعو إليه الجمعية من خلال التكفل بفئة اليتامى، ومراعاة جوانب النقص فتكملها، والاهتمام بالحالة النفسية لهم فتجبرها، وفق نظرة إسلامية وغاية دينية امتثالا لأمر الله عز وجل وطاعة له في خدمة اليتيم الذي به يحرز قصب السبق في نيل رضاه ودخول جنته، والذي يتمخض من ذلك جملة من النتائج الإيجابية تصون كرامة اليتيم وتحفظ له حقه وتثبت له مكانته في السلسلة الاجتماعية التي بها تتجلى ثورة العدل والمساواة.

|b This research comes to answer us about the Algerian National Orphans Society, which requires introducing it and unveiling its history, nature, goals and seeking to define the social dimension of it through its various actions to sponsor this group (Orphans), in termes of a set of measures and mechanisms to raise the status of the Orphans and make it in The ranks of other social groups, which result in a set of effects that are represented in various and varied forms, all of them in the service of humanity, and whose sincerity is confirmed in the form of social solidarity that the association calls for by sponsoring the category of Orphan. And taking into account the aspects of deficiency and completing them, and taking care of the psychological state of them and force them, according to an Islamic view and a religious goal in compliance with the command of God Almighty and obedience to him in the service of the Orphan, through which he scores the first in obtaining his consent and entering his paradise, which results in a set of positive results that safeguard the dignity of the Orphan and preserve him His right and his position in the social chain in which the revolution of justice and equality is manifested.
