المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني والتوافق النفسي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين ولإجراء الدراسة الميدانية تم اختيار عينة من الطلبة بطريقة عشوائية والبالغ عددهم (89) طالب وطالبة مسجلين خلال السنة الجامعية (2017-2018) في جامعات الجزائر وسط، ولجمع البيانات طبقنا مقياس الذكاء الوجداني للباحث أحمد علوان (2011) ومقياس التوافق النفسي للباحثة زينب شقير (2003)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتباعنا المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج الملائم، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون للاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. ودعد التحليل الإحصائي أسفرت النتائج عن: عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الذكاء الوجداني والتوافق النفسي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، ووجود اختلافات دالة إحصائيا بين الطلاب والطالبات في العلاقة الارتباطية بين الذكاء الوجداني والتوافق النفسي لصالح الطالبات.

Cette étude vise à comprendre la relation entre l’intelligence émotionnelle et la compatibilité psychologique chez les ’étudiants universitaires, l’échantillon se compose de (89) Etudiant et Étudiante Enregistré pendant l’année académique (2017-2018) dans les universités centrales d’Algérie, pour recueillir les données, on a appliqué le test d’intelligence émotionnelle pour le chercheure Ahmed Alwan (2011) et le test de compatibilité psychologique pour le chercheure Zainab Shakir (2003), pour atteindre les objectifs de l’étude, nous avons suivi l’approche descriptive comme méthode appropriée, et coefficient de corrélation de Pearson pour tester les hypothèses de l’étude. Après l’analyse statistique les résultats étaient les suivants : L’absence de corrélation entre l’intelligence émotionnelle et la compatibilité psychologique parmi l’échantillon de l’étude, et il y a des différences statistiquement significatives entre les étudiants et les étudiantes dans la corrélation entre l’intelligence émotionnelle et la compatibilité psychologique en faveur des étudiantes.

This study aims to know the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological compatibility among university students. In order to conduct a field study, a sample of (89) students was randomly selected during the academic year (2017-2018) in the universities of Algeria, to collect the data, we applied the emotional intelligence measure of researcher Ahmed Alwan (2011) and the psychological compatibility measure of researcher Zainab Shokair (2003). To achieve the study's objectives, we followed the descriptive approach as the appropriate approach and Pearson's correlation coefficient for testing the study hypotheses. After the statistical analysis, these are the results: the absence of correlation between emotional intelligence and psychological compatibility among the study sample members and the presence of statistically significant differences between male and female students in the correlation between emotional intelligence and psychological compatibility in favor of female students.
