المستخلص: L’Humanisme désigne en Europe depuis la Renaissance la philosophie qui met en avant le développement des qualités humaines et éthiques de l’Homme. En admettant d’envisager l’humanisme sous cet angle, nous est-il possible de concevoir l’existence d’un « humanisme musulman » incarné par la figure emblématique de l’émir Abdelkader al-Djazâ’irî? C’est à cette interrogation que nous nous efforcerons d’apporter une réponse en abordant les trois aspects de l’Humanisme, soit les droits humains, la liberté de pensée et la tolérance religieuse, sous l’angle de trois notions théologiques et philosophiques omniprésentes dans l’oeuvre de l’émir : les droits de l’Humanité (huqûq al-insâniyya), le libre examen des textes sacrés (al-idjtihâd) et lafraternité adamique (al-ukhuwwa al-âdamiyya)

Humanism designated in Europe since the Renaissance, the philosophy that has been put forward by the development of the human and ethical qualities of Man. Admitting to consider humanism from this angle, are we able to think that a Muslim humanism has appeared on the emblematic figure of Emir Abdelkader al-Djaz'irî ? It is to this question that we will endeavor to answer the three aspects of Humanism, namely human rights, freedom of thought and tolerance, under the three theological and philosophical notions that are omnipresent in the Emirs’s books: the rights of Humanity (huqûq al-insâniyya), the free examination of the sacred texts (al-idjtihâd) and the Adamic fraternity (al-ukhuwwa al-âdamiyya).

يشير مصطلح الإنسية في أوروبا منذ عصر النهضة إلى مدرسة فلسفية تنادي بتنمية صفات الفرد الإنسانية والأخلاقية. باعتبار التعريف السابق، هل يمكننا تصوّر وجود إنسيّة إسلامية مجسدة عبر شخصية الأمير عبد القادر الجزائري؟ سنحاول الإجابة على هذا التساؤل من خلال التطرق للمظاهر الثلاثة للإنسيّة، والمتمثلة على التوالي في حقوق الإنسان، وحرية الفكر، والتسامح الديني، على ضوء ثلاث مفاهيم كلامية وفلسفية جوهرية في مؤلفات الأمير: حقوق الإنسانية، والاجتهاد الفقهي، والأخوة الآدمية.
