المستخلص: L’internet a bouleversé le monde de la communication moderne et occupe un statut de pointe dans le réseau technologique ainsi qu’une place importante dans le quotidien du citoyen universel dans l’ère de la mondialisation c’est un moyen qu’a réduit les distances et a facilité les contacts.
Mais en tant qu’arme a double tranchant il ne compte pas que des bien faits il peut malheureusement être source d’inconvénients il est utilisé a des fuis peu scrupuleuses.
C’est un moyen indispensable pour le bien le confort et l’épanouissement culturel et économique de l’homme comme il peut conduire a des déviances des malaises et même au danger utilisé a tort ou a des fins nobles l’internet peut s’avérer un bon moyen comme il peut devenir le pire des compagnons.


The Internet in a revolutionized world of modern communication occupies a leading status in the technological network as well as an important place in the daily life of the modern citizen in the era of globalization. The mean has reduced distances and facilitated contacts.
However, it is a double-edged weapon. It can unfortunately be a source of inconvenience; it is used by unscrupulous people.
It is an essential means for better, comfortable, cultural and economic development of the man, also it can lead to deviances of the discomforts and even to the danger used wrongly or for noble ends. the Internet can prove a good way as it can become the worst of companions.
