المستخلص: - Communities with all the differences of their structures and the formative nature are moving in a permanent and on going dynamics excreted through the mechanics, tools, methods and concepts of going out and accordingly as a target trying to embodied in the present and the future times and the renewed present, whereupon the function of the creativity at the enterprise level produced at the level of concepts receiving and terminology used to understand , communicate and interact within a public space characterized by a structural, communicative and social milestones and values printed on the level of privacy as a society are: a - Channels and means of communication. b - Intellectual, theorical and empirical creativity. c - Behaviors, interactions and relationships between members of the community . d - The nature of the moral and material institutions. Therefore the mechanism of communication guarantees the process of society and transmits and moves according to the moral and physical system. The concept of the center of study is one of the secrets of the human evolution thought as a prerequisite for any scientific and intellectual research because it adjusts abstract thought reflected reality in order to dismantle the intellectual development of the human thought and its social aspects. The linguistic meaning and concepts created through the system function developments on the meanings and symbols taken from the intellectual fields associated with theorieal domain and the race script language because society has produced it in order to communicate and connect to the philosophical and social dialogue.
