المستخلص: The health services and medical care sector in Algeria witnessed some developments during the last two decades of the last century, coinciding with the economic and social changes and developments witnessed by Algerian society in general based on the State's belief that its stability and continuity relies on the consideration of healthy individuals as the backbone of every development policy. To achieve this, Algeria used all material and human means to provide the best quality health services to the patients.
This study aims to demonstrate the human structures that provide health services in Algerian legislation through the specific legal regulations for the functioning of these categories and cables.

شهد قطاع الخدمات الصحية والرعاية الطبية بالجزائر بعض التطورات خلال العقدين الأخيرين من القرن الماضي، تزامنا مع التغيرات والتطورات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي شهدها المجتمع الجزائري بشكل عام، وذلك إيمان الدولة أن استقرار واستمرار الدول يقوم على اعتبار الأفراد الأصحاء كونهم عصب كل سياسة تنموية، ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الجزائر بتسخير كافة الوسائل المادية والبشرية لتقديم الخدمات الصحية للمريض وبأحسن جودة.
وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الهياكل البشرية القائمة على تقديم الخدمات الصحية في التشريع الجزائري من خلال التنظيمات القانونية المحددة لعمل هذه الفئات والأسلاك.

Le secteur des services de santé a vu des soins médicaux en Algérie quelques développements importants au cours des deux dernières année du siècle dernier, a coïncidé avec des changements de développements économiques et sociaux de la société algérienne en général, témoin, et la conviction que la stabilité et la poursuite des États sur la base des motifs de personnes en bonne santé, car ils sont l'épine dorsale de toute politique de développement, et pour y parvenir l'État exploitant tous les moyens matériels et humains pour fournir des services de santé du patient et de la meilleure qualité.
Cette étude vise à libérer la liste des structures humaines des services de santé soumission dans la législation algérienne par des réglementations juridiques spécifiques aux travaux de ces groupes.
