المستخلص: Israeli crimes do not end in the Palestinian territories, and every time they take a certain form, including the Israeli blockade on Gaza, which constitutes a collective punishment against Gaza and the imposition of a death sentence on humans, plants, animals, and everything inside the Gaza Strip. Most reports point to the atrocious blockade, its negative effects, and violations of human rights such as the right to life, movement, education, and the right to work. All these rights are fading in light of the Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip, which is illegal in terms of international humanitarian law and all international human rights instruments.

إن الجرائم الإسرائيلية لا تعرف النهاية في الأراضي الفلسطينية ففي كل مرة تتخذ شكلا معينا، ومنها الحصار الإسرائيلي على غزة، والذي يعد كعقوبة جماعية على غزة وإصدار حكم بالإعدام على الإنسان والنبات والحيوان وكل ما يوجد داخل القطاع، وتشير معظم التقارير إلى بشاعة الحصار وأثاره السلبية وانتهاكه لحقوق الإنسان كالحق في الحياة والحق في التنقل والحق في التعليم والحق في العمل .. كل هذه الحقوق تتلاشى في ظل الحصار الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة، والذي يعد غير شرعي في منظور القانون الدولي الإنساني وجميع المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

Les crimes commis par Israël , n'ont pas des limites. A chaque agression , contre les territoires de gaza , Ils ( les crimes ) prennent des formes spécifiques , comme le blocus qui est considéré comme une condamnation perpétuelle a l'encontre de toute espèce vivante sur les territoires palestiniens , qu'elle soit humaine , végétale ou animale.
L'ensemble des rapports internationaux , confirment la violation des droits de l'homme relatifs aux droit à la vie , droit de circuler .... , ainsi que la monstruosité et les effets pervers du blocus.Tous ces droits fondamentaux , disparaissent avec le maintien du blocus .le blocus est en violation flagrante , vis a vis du droit international humanitaire , et vis a vis de l'ensemble des chartes internationaux portant sur les droits de l'homme.
