المستخلص: أن شبكة الإنترنت صارت تزخر بالكثير من مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية لكافة أنواع المؤسسات سواء الحكومية وغير الحكومية )تجارية(، ما جعل المستفيد العادي، بل والمتخصص، يعاني صعوبة في التعامل مع هذا الكم الكبير من مصادر المعلومات المنشورة، وفي التمكن من إيجاد المطلوب بشكل دقيق، كما صار معظم المستفيدين يدركون تماماً أن المطلوب ليس مجرد الحصول على كم من المعلومات بقدر أن تكون تلك المعلومات هي التي يحتاجون إليها. وهنا نجد دور أخصائي المعلومات في تيسير وصول المستفيدين إلى مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية التي يحتاجون إليها بشكل دقيق، ولما كانت الببليوجرافيات إحدى أهم الأدوات التي تساعد في حصر وجمع وتحليل الإنتاج الفكري بكل أشكاله وأنواعه، وكنتيجة طبيعية لتطور كافة المجالات ودخول الحاسبات الآلية وشبكة الإنترنت في كافة الأعمال في المكتبات ومرافق المعلومات ساعد ذلك في البحث عن وسيلة وأداة جديدة تدمج بين علم الببليوجرافيا، وبين عمليات ضبط وحصر وتحليل مصادر المعلومات في بيئة الويب، فكانت النتيجة هي الوصول لأداة تربط بين ما توصلت إليه التكنولوجيا في هذا المجال وبين علم له كيان وله معايير وأدوات مقننة يقوم عليها ومن هنا كان الدمج بين مصطلح الببليجرافيا ومصطلح الويب، ليخرج لنا مصطلح جديد وعلم جديدة أكثر ملائمة، وهو مصطلح "الويبجرافيا" وكما يتضح من المصطلح أنه يتكون من مقطعين "ويب" وتعني شبكة الإنترنت و"جرافيا" وهي نسخ أو ضبط، وبذلك يصبح معني المصطلح ضبط أو نسخ الويب، وهو العلم الذي يصف ويحلل مصادر المعلومات ويعرف بها في بيئة الويب، وإعداد كيانات إلكترونية تحصر وتصف وتسجل هذه المعلومات وفقاً لقواعد وضوابط محددة ولتحقيق أهداف معينة، وتسعي هذه الدراسة لتوضيح مفهوم الويبجرافيا وأهميتها في ضبط مصادر المعلومات الرقمية، ووضع العلاقات الويبجرافية وعناصر الضبط الويبجرافي التي تساهم في تطوير آليات تنظيم واسترجاع المعلومات بشكل أكثر دقة في بيئة الإنترنت، مما يجعل هناك أساليب واستراتيجيات بحث ولغات استفسار، وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج التجريبي باستخدام أسلوب التجربة البعدية على مجموعه من مصادر المعلومات المخزنة في قاعدة بيانات علائقية وتنفيذ شبكة العلاقات الويبجرافية عليها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العلاقات الويبجرافية تساعد على تحسين جودة البحث والاسترجاع لمصادر المعلومات، ويعتبر علم الويبجرافيا ونظمه أكثر العلوم ملائمة للدمج بين النظم التقليدية والنظم الحديثة، لتنظيم مصادر المعلومات الرقمية.

The Internet has become full of a lot of electronic information sources for all types of institutions, whether governmental and non-governmental (commercial), which has made the average beneficiary, even specialized, face difficulty in dealing with this large amount of published information sources and find the required material accurately. The majority of beneficiaries are fully aware that the usefulness of information is required more than access to an amount of information. Here we find the role of the information specialist in facilitating the beneficiaries to access the electronic sources of information they need accurately. Since bibliographies are one of the most important tools that help in the inventory, collection, and analysis of intellectual production in all its forms and types and as a natural result of the development of all fields and the entry of computers and the Internet in all works in libraries and information facilities, this helped to search for a new tool that integrates bibliography and control, accounting and analysis of information sources in the web environment. The result was the creation of a tool linking technology in this area with the science having an entity and arbitrated standards and tools. It led to the combination of bibliography and the term web, leading to the creation of a new term and new and more appropriate science, which is the term “webography.” It is evident that the terms \consists of two sections, “web,” meaning the Internet, and “graphy”, which is copying or checking; thus, the term means checking or copying the web. It is a science that describes, analyses, and identifies sources of information in the web environment and the preparation of electronic entities that inventory, describe, and record such information according to specific rules and controls and to achieve certain objectives. This study seeks to clarify the concept of webography and its importance in checking digital information sources, the development of web relations, and the elements of the webgraphy controls that contribute to the development of mechanisms for organizing and retrieving information more accurately in the Internet environment, making methods and strategies of research and query languages. The researcher relied on the experimental approach using the post-experimental method on a set of information sources stored in a relational database and the implementation of the web network on them. The study found that web-relations help in improving the quality of research and retrieval of information sources. The science of webography and its systems is the most appropriate science for integrating traditional and modern systems to regulate digital information sources.
