Human rights are one of the most important common international principles and of great importance, especially in recent times, where terrorist attacks have escalated, and the most important victims are human rights. Therefore, most countries seek to combat the phenomenon of terrorism in various ways and in all fields. However, this may affect human rights under the fight against terrorism. Therefore, there are people who argue that some rights cannot be compromised under any circumstances, while there are some other rights that can be sacrificed in order to achieve public security and peace. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 أن حقوق الإنسان هي من أهم المبادئ الدولية المشتركة وذات أهمية بالغة، خاصة في الآونة الأخيرة، أين تصاعدت الهجمات الإرهابية ومن أهم ضحاياها هي حقوق الإنسان، لذلك فإن جل الدول تسعى إلى محاربة ظاهرة الإرهاب بشتى الطرق وفي جميع المجالات، ألا أنه قد يؤدي هذا إلى المساس بحقوق الإنسان تحت طائلة محاربة الإرهاب، لذلك هناك من دعي إلى أن هناك حقوق لا يمكن المساس بها مهما كانت الظروف، وحقوق غيرها يمكن التضحية بها في سبيل تحقيق الأمن والسكينة العامة. Les droits de l'homme figurent parmi les principes internationaux les plus importants et les plus communs, en particulier ces derniers temps, où les attaques terroristes se sont intensifiées et où les victimes les plus importantes sont les droits de l'homme. Cela conduit à la violation des droits de l'homme dans le cadre de la lutte contre le terrorisme, il y a donc ceux qui prétendent qu'il y a des droits qui ne peuvent être violés en aucune circonstance et les droits des autres peuvent être sacrifiés pour assurer la sécurité et la tranquillité publique . |
