|a شاءت قدرة الله - تعالى - أن البشرية سيظل منها كافر ومنها مسلم، وأنهم يعيشون على رقعة أرض واحدة، فلابد لهم من نظام يضمن لهم التعايش، وعلى هذا جاء الإسلام بمبادئ سامية تكفل العيش السلمي والكريم بين الناس، من أهمها كون السلم هو الأصل، سواءً بين المسلمين الذين حذرهم النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - من الاعتداء على بعضهم البعض أم من حرمة الاعتداء على من يعيش بينهم من المعاهدين والمؤتمنين. فكانت هذه المبادئ الإسلامية السامية التي تكفل للجميع العيش الكريم - مسلمين وغير مسلمين - هي الأصل الذي تنبني عليه علاقة المسلمين بغيرهم، سواء ممن يعيشون معهم في بلاد الإسلام أم غيرهم من الشعوب والأمم الأخرى. واستشعارا لخطر الأفكار المتطرفة التي تروج لها بعض الجماعات الإسلامية المتعصبة ضد الدول والشعوب غير المسلمة، والأقليات المستأمنة في بعض البلدان العربية والإسلامية، وما ينتج عنها من أعمال عنف وإرهاب تهدد حياة الناس، وتعبث بأمن البلدان، ويفعل كل ذلك - للأسف - باسم الإسلام والمسلمين. لأجل ذلك جاء هذا البحث، للتذكير بالمبادئ الإسلامية التي تعد الأساس للتعايش السلمي بين المسلمين وغيرهم؛ لكبح جماح الجماعات المتطرفة ورفع الغطاء الإسلامي التي تتخذه وترتكب هذه الجرائم والمجازر المروعة باسم الدين الإسلامي، والإسلام من ذلك براء.

|b It is the will of the Almighty Allah that the mankind will be divided between infidels and Muslims, and they live on Earth. They must have a system to ensure coexistence between them, therefore Islam came with noble principles to ensure peaceful and decent living among people. The most important is the fact that peace is the fundamental principle, whether among Muslims who were warned by the Prophet - peace be upon him - from assaulting each other or from the sanctity of aggression against those who live among them and their allies. These noble Islamic principles, which guarantee all decent living for Muslims and non-Muslims, are the basis on which the relationships of Muslims to others are based, whether they live with them in the land of Islam or in the land of other nations. Sensing (detecting) the threat of radical ideas promoted by some fanatical Islamic groups against non-Muslim countries and peoples, the minorities that are living in some Arab and Islamic countries, and the resulting acts of violence and terrorism that threaten the lives of the people and tamper with the security of countries, It seems that all this, unfortunately, is done in the name of Islam and Muslims. For this reason, this research came to remind us of the Islamic principles which are the basis for peaceful coexistence between Muslims and others and to rein in extremist groups and raise the Islamic cover that they use and commit these terrible crimes and massacres in the name of the Islamic religion and Islam is clear of that.
