المستخلص: This is a research work titled: “The Opinion of “Shari'ah Standards” on the Ruling of the Usage of Credit Card and Debit Card in Buying Gold and Silver Jewelries Analysis and Evaluation”. It seeks to solve the following questions: Are the provisions of the Shari'ah Standards precise, restricted and specific, or there is a need for some provisions therein to be modified for consistency in the rulings regarding the issue of the ruling of the usage of credit card and debit card in buying gold and silver jewelries? Is it possible that the concepts of the specialists in Islamic financial transactions may differ in their understanding of some provisions of the Shari'ah Standards on the foregoing issue? And is it possible to find new Islamic solutions amidst the Shari'ah cautions? I followed diverse research methodologies in fetching the answers, they are; the inductive method in scrutinizing the minor issues. I also used the descriptive analytical approach in relating and interpreting the information. Also, I used the deductive approach to switch from settled issues to other issues that necessarily emanate from them. The findings of the research include: Adding important restrictions and specifications for the consistency of Shari'ah rulings in the Shari'ah Standards regarding the issue of the ruling of using credit card and debit card in buying gold and silver, and suggesting some Shari'ah solutions to what I criticized in the provisions of the Standards, and clarifying the effective cause of some Shari'ah rulings.

هذا بحث بعنوان "أي المعايير الشرعية" في حكم استخدام بطاقة الائتمان والحسم الفوري في شراء حلي الذهب والفضة: تحرير وتوجيه" يسعى إلى حل تساؤلات: هل نصوص المعايير الشرعية منضبطة مقيدة مخصصة أو يوجد فيها ما يحتاج إلى ذلك لتتسق الأحكام في مسألة حكم استخدام بطاقة الائتمان وبطاقة الحسم الفوري في شراء حلي الذهب أو الفضة؟ هل يمكن أن تختلف أفهام المتخصصين في المعاملات المالية الإسلامية في بعض نصوص المعايير الشرعية في مسألة البحث؟ وهل يمكن إيجاد حلول شرعية جديدة وسط المحاذير الشرعية؟ وقد سلكت عدة مناهج بحثية للوصول إلى الإجابات؛ وهي المنهج الاستقرائي؛ حيث تتبعت الجزئيات، كما استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بربط وتفسير المعلومات، كما استعنت بالمنهج الاستدلالي بالانتقال من قضايا مسلمة إلى قضايا أخري تنتج عنها بالضرورة. وكان من نتائج البحث: إضافة تقييدات ومخصصات مهمة لاتساق الأحكام الشرعية في المعايير الشرعية المرتبطة بمسألة حكم استخدام بطاقة الائتمان وبطاقة الحسم الفوري في شراء حلي الذهب أو الفضة، واقتراح بعض الحلول الشرعية لما تم انتقادي له من مواد المعايير، وتحرير وتنقيح بعض مناطات بعض الأحكام الشرعية.
