المستخلص: The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of the adoption of cloud computing in Syriatel Telecom using the technology acceptance model, the most widely used and applied model in the field of information systems. The research used a methodology that combined quantitative and qualitative methods. Use the comprehensive inventory method in selecting a research sample consisting of 74 employees employed for cloud computing services (SharePoint) The technology acceptance model was used as a basis for building the search model. Eight factors were tested in the research hypotheses, as follows: The utility of perceived use, Perceived ease of use, senior management support, available facilities, clarity of results, security and privacy, concern, trust. The results showed that the clarity of the results had the greatest impact in interpreting the acceptance of cloud computing. In addition, senior management support has had no impact on the adoption of cloud computing while playing a significant role in interpreting perceived ease of use. The results showed that the technology acceptance model could be an effective model for exploring the determinants of cloud computing adoption in Syria. The research ended with a set of practical recommendations for the adoption of cloud computing in Syria.
