المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تجلية الرؤية الفقهية في ظاهرة الارتباط بالمصاهرات مع الأشراف (آل البيت)، في إطار منهج علمي يعتمد الأدلة الواضحة على هذا التلاحم بين آل البيت والأصحاب، وذلك من واقع المصادر المعتمدة من كل الأطراف المعنية. ومأخذ القانون الذي يتأسس على الرجوع إلى ما جرى عليه عرف الناس بشأن الكفاءة النسبية. ذلك أن الارتباط بالمصاهرة والتزويج مع قبائل وعائلات الأشراف من آل بيت النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قد امتدت آثاره في الأجيال المتعاقبة، جريا على ما كان معهودا في مجتمع الصحابة وآل البيت الأوائل، وكان لهذا صدى طيب وآثار محمودة في المجتمع الإسلامي، إذ تنبئ مصاهراتهم عن تلك الرابطة القوية بينهم، والتي تنتفي معها العداوات، بل تتوافر هناك أجواء من المودة الأسرية والمحبة الإيمانية وتبادل الاحترام، فالعداء المزعوم بين الصحابة وأهل بيت النبوة لا وجود له. ولذا عني البحث بالتوجه إلى دفع شبهة مثارة في موضوع المصاهرات، مؤداها افتعال مواقف عدائية تجاه الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم. وفي ضوء ذلك كانت هناك حاجة ماسة إلى إحياء فكرة الاعتناء بأبناء الذرية الطاهرة، وتسليط الضوء على فروع النسب الشريف، للارتقاء بمستوى النظرة إلى الأشراف (آل البيت) في زماننا، واستثمار العلاقة بينهم في إحياء قيمة التراحم والتواد، حتى يعم ذلك أرجاء الوطن الإسلامي محاكاة لما كان عليه الصحابة في سابق العهد.

"Affinities between the Prophet’s Family (Peace be upon him) and the companions (May Allah pleased with them) and its role in friendship sustainability, dealing with this phenomenon in jurisprudence". This research aims to pre-eminence of jurisprudence vision in the affinities’ connection with the Prophet’s Family (Peace be upon him), according to the scientific approach which depends on clear evidences on the cohesion between Prophet’s Family (Peace be upon him) and the companions from the supported sources of the particular parties. And the weakness of law which was established on people’s custom about relative efficiency. The liaison by affinities and mating with the tribes and the Prophet’s Family (Peace be upon him) had extended to successive generations as it was used to be in the Prophet (Peace be upon him) and his companions’ community, and that had good effects in the Islamic Community. Their affinities had a strong relationship and they would avoid the enmity. In contrast, family affection, loving, and mutual respect were prevalent. The alleged enmity between the companions and the Prophet’s Family (Peace be upon him) is not existed at all. So, this research is meant to refute the suspicious raised in the subject of affinities. The reason of those suspicions is to fabricate hostile situations against the companions (May Allah be pleased with them). In this regard, there is a necessarily need to revive the idea of taking care of the children of the pure posterity, and to highlight on the branches of noble descent, in order to ascent the Nobles (Al Al-Bayt) in this era, and to invest this relationship with them to increase compassion and guidance value till it prevails all Islamic nations and to have a simulation of what the companions had in the past.
