|a تتوقف عملية تصميم الأقمشة على مدي إدراك المصمم للدراسات البنائية وقدرته على التحكم والتصرف السليم في اختيار الخامات وتحديد الخلطات المناسبة وتحديد الصورة الغزلية للخيط المطلوبة (خيط- مبروم - شريط -....إلخ) ثم تحديد أسلوب البناء النسجي للقماش من هذه المكونات بدقة كافية تتيح له النجاح في تضمين القماش الناتج خواصاً محدودة المقادير متكافئاً مع المتطلبات التي توجبها ظروف الاستعمال النهائي للقماش وبما يحقق له الأداء المثالي أثناء الاستعمال. وتتميز التركيبات النسيجية بمزايا فريدة وإمكانيات خاصة تؤهلها لاحتلال مركز الصدارة في تصميم الكثير من المنتجات الجديدة. ولها قدرة عالية علي التشكيل الجمالي واستحداث وحدات زخرفية وتأثيرات فنية مبتكرة دون حدود وبذلك كانت وما زالت تمثل نبعاً خصباً للتصميم الجمالي وللتشكيل الفني في مجال النسيج. ومازال التشكيل الزخرفي النسجي نبعاً لا ينتهي وعلى هذا الأساس تم استخدام خامة البولي استر والاكريلك والاكريلك ليكرا والقطن والقطن ليكرا مع التركيب النسجي المزدوج وثلاثة تصميمات للطباعة بأسلوب الترانسفير والمعالجة الحرارية للأقمشة بدرجات معالجة مختلفة وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية:- 1- التأثير الحراري في الشكل النهائي للتصميم حيث أمكن الحصول على تغير في شكل التصميم وعلى أقمشة ثلاثية الأبعاد نتيجة للتركيب النسيجي المزدوج وخيوط الليكرا عن طريق المعالجة الحرارية وكان التأثير أكثر وضوحاً في حالة استخدام خامة قطن /ليكرا عن خامة اكريلك /ليكرا 2- المعالجة الحرارية للأقمشة الطباعية لملابس السيدات أعطت قيمة في الجانب الإبداعي والجمال الوظيفي للأقمشة المنتجة

|f The process of designing fabrics depends on the extent to which the designer is aware of structural studies and his ability to control and behave properly in the selection of materials, determine the appropriate blends and determine the yarn image of the desired thread (thread - rolls, tape... etc.), then identify the textile construction method of the fabric from these components with sufficient precision to enable it to successfully include the resulting fabric features of limited amounts that are equal to the requirements required by the end-use conditions of the fabric in order to achieve its ideal performance during use. Textile formulations have unique advantages and special possibilities that enable them to take center stage in designing many new products. They have a high capacity for aesthetic formation and creation of decorative units and innovative artistic effects without limits. Thus, they have been and continue to represent a fertile source of aesthetic design and artistic formation in the field of textile. The decorative textile formation is still an endless source. On this basis, polyester, acrylic, lycra acrylic, cotton, and cotton lycra were used with double textile composition and three designs for printing in the style of transfer and heat treatment of fabrics with different processing levels. The research arrived at the following results: - Thermal effect in the final form of the design, where a change in the design shape and 3D fabrics was obtained as a result of double fabric composition and lycra threads through heat treatment. The effect was more explicit in the case of using cotton/lycra material than acrylic/lycra material. 2.
