| 520 | |a من تمام رحمة الله تعالى ببني آدم أن جعل أزواجهم من أنفسهم، وجعل بينهم وبينهن مودة ورحمة، قال تعالى: (وَمِنْ آَيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ مَوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً) (الروم: 21)، مع ذلك قد تتراكم الخلافات والمشاحنات بين الزوجين، إلى حد الذروة، لكنهما لا يصلان للطلاق المباشر، إذ تمنعها أسباب عديدة مثل مستقبل الأولاد، كلام الناس، الخشية من واقع المطلق والمطلقة، فتكون النتيجة "الطلاق العاطفي"، الذي يحمل الزوجين على العيش تحت سقف واحد، وهم في حالة انفصال وجداني، وعلاقة زوجية مستمرة فقط من الناحية الشكلية. فقد تكون البيوت أنيقة ونظيفة ومهن الزوجين مرموقة وأطفالهم مفعمين بالحيوية والجاذبية والجمال والأناقة، إلى جانب تقدير المجتمع لهذه البيوت وأفرادها والنظر إليهم بكل احترام، إلا أن ما لا يمكن ملاحظته (الإحباط) وعدم الرضى بين الزوجين تجاه بعضهما، نتيجة لما ينقص الزوجان من الحب والمودة والعواطف العميقة والمشاركات الحقيقية الشاملة. وبناء على ما تقدم فإن البحث الحالي يدرس تفسير القرآن الكريم للطلاق العاطفي والذي ورد ذكره فيه "بالنشوز"، ومن ثم دراسة الأسباب الاجتماعية التي تؤدي إلى حدوث الطلاق العاطفي، ثم عرض للنتائج والتوصيات التي تخص الظاهرة قيد الدراسة. | ||

The houses may be stylish and clean, the jobs of spouses could be prestigious as well as their children could be lusty, attractive, handsome and stylish, with the respect from the socity to these houses and its indiviuals, but what we could not notice (defeat), and un saticfication between spouses to each of them, as a result of what the spouses lacks as love, intimacy, deep emotions and the whole particpint. And standing upon what is mentioned before, the current research studys the clarification of the holly Qurran of emotional divorce which mentioned as (Alnchoz) and then a study for reasons which cause it, throught social theories that clarified this phenomemon, and a prinicble of most theories that had a value stems from aconsidrations of the theory it self which is (social interehang) theory, So, it is find a number of results and recommordtions for the phenomemon under study. | ||
